Ratings_icons Wnonder full care in our time of need and sadness

Kim T.

Great Dr. also great staff we took our stray cat Molly to the clinic due to some kind of trauma her whole back end. She would not move. The clinic nurse that checked her in was wonderful caring and gently approached her taking her vitals. My friend being on low income, was worried about the bills and being judged about our financial situation. I dont remember her name but she has a great smile and the curliest hair there. She sat down and talked to us reassuring us there was no need to feel that way It would not be anything judgemental in this clinic we only do whats right for the animals and work with the clients if need be and that everything would be on an estimate. After taking the time to talk to us and Molly's vitals she discovered Molly had a high fever. She should us how to alcohol her paw pads and went to speak to the Dr. immediatly. This curly haired nurse in pink was very attentive to us and Molly until the Dr, came in. Unfortunately we had to put her to rest. That was upsetting but I never felt judged or treated badly for our decission my only regret is that the nurse that checked in left and another gal came although nice I would have preferred to have the other original nurse there as she was the one we were comfortable with and felt she was more careing in our situation not just rushing us out to end her day. I highly reccomend this clinic and the Dr.'s there if you'r lucky encough to get the curley haired nurse with the great smile in pink you will be in the best hands. Hopefully the nurse reads this because I never got to thank her for her attention and care and genuine understanding.

Ratings_icons Great Vet Care

I started taking my animals there for over a year and I find these Dr's are more for caring for your animal than getting big bucks out of you because you actually take a pet to the Dr. I have 4 senior dogs, birds and they all go there now. I even have recommended my adult kids take their pets there. I have found the best and compassionate care there then anywhere else!

Ratings_icons I always get A-1 care there!

I have been taking my dog, Gypsy, to Helping Hands for 8 years now. I am there a lot as I have an older dog with back problems and she gets regular acupuncture and chiropractic care. I always get A-1 care there. But I have to agree with the previous review. For the last 4/5 months I did not like the new receptionists. I just talked to their manager the last time I was there about the same thing. She told me they just revamped their reception structure and hired completely new stuff. I will still recommend this place whole-heartedly because of the great care I always get when I am there.

you sound like a crazy bat. there are two sides to every story... have the other clinic call them and fax over the records and get it over with. i'm sure you will complain about the other clinic too for some reason.

Ratings_icons Caring and Experianced!

Helping hands Vet Clinic is a great clinic- wed say the best weve been to. We have seen 3 different doctors so far and they all are kind, compassionate and helpful. The clinic offers both traditional medicine solutions as well as holistic solutions, and we really appreciate this. Another great thing is that you dont need an appointment to bring in your pet and this has been wonderful for us. The front desk staff and the veterinary tech are very friendly and it obvious that everyone who works there has a true love of animals.
We have recommended this clinic to a friend and she has had the same experience and is very impressed as well. We would not hesitate in recommending this clinic to any pet owner- it is truly stellar with regard to compassion and quality of care.

Dr. G is the best Vet I have ever met! He is SO smart! I learn so much each visit. My dog loves him and he thinks outside the box. I had been dealing with the same eye issues with my dog for over a year and I took her to two other vets since we moved to WA three years ago. Dr. G fixed her up on our first visit to him and the cost was less than the other vets we'd gone to with no results! The staff at Helping Hands are not only knowledgeable but they are also caring! We love them!

Ratings_icons Finally Found It!

No one could tell me whatever happened to Vets4Less in Lynnwood. Thankfully due to a user review I now know! I used to go to the one in Puyallup when I lived down there. I'll be giving this vet a try for sure.
I just had a ver BAD experience with the Everett Veterinary Hospital, Inc. on Broadway in Everett. I was overcharged, outright lied to, and my cats were not given the MOST effective treatments on the first visit. They never answer emails, either. They only want your money.
Hopefully the Helping Hands Clinic lives up to their reviews!

Ratings_icons The Best Vet!!!

Emily L.

Well a couple of years back my guinea pig got mites and every vet we call said that they didn't do exotic pets, well we were just about to give up when i spotted a vet clinic on my way to the mall. I borrowed my friends cell phone and called my mom and asked her to call this vet to see if they dealt in exotic pets. It was just our luck that they did! when we first brought our guinea pig in Dr. G instantly fell in love with him, he was holding Orville up and talking to him and it was quite hilarious! Well we like this vet so much that now they are our vets for life. i now have four guinea pigs and two dogs that get to see Dr. G when ever we need him. The last time we were there was when my Chihuahua jumped off my bed and hurt his knee/leg. the people there were just as nice that day as they were the very first time we came!!!!!!!!!

Ratings_icons The best decision I ever made!

Abbie W.

I met Dr. G at a Dog Festival in Mount Lake Terrace on a hot summer day in 2004! I immediately knew right then and there that he was going to be my dog's vet for life! I strongly believe in trying different methods, other than Western Medicine. He practices both homeopathic and western traditional medications and treatments but emphasizes eastern meds for sure! He has absolutely the best bed side manner any Vet or Dr could have. Believe me since I have been to many Vets over the years as well as MD's for myself. He is very patient with the animals and the human owners as well. He is so compassionate and understanding as much as a human can be! He is authentic and is really there to listen and to help the animals back to health or even maintain their health. I truly believe he is the best Vetirnarian at least on the whole west coast! I am from Berkeley, Ca and have been to many vets down in the bay area. He tops them all! I could go on and on but that will have to suffice!

Ratings_icons They seem to care about your pet, and are reasonably priced

We went in for a surgery (not done by them) gone septic. They knew what to do, and explained it in laymans terms for me. They didn't scoff when a grown man cried (actually they seemed to care), although they weren't too clear which options during surgery were optional, or useless. The doctor and technician REMEMBERED my specific pet two weeks later.

I have taken both my cat and dogs to this clinic which used to be called Vets for Less. Since the change in name and, I assume ownership, I have been more satisfied with their services. The clinic seems to have a friendlier atmosphere and I have found all of the staff to be very pleasant and loving towards the animals. My dog currently has a rather difficult problem to deal with and the vets are putting a lot of effort into helping us. I would recommend this clinic.
