Central Bark

My dog LOVES Central Bark! It is clean, freshly painted, and the staff is unfailingly professional. Dogs are always supervised. My dog even gets a birthday card and a free day of day care on her birthday. The price is very reasonable, especially if you purchase ahead. I recommend them highly!

Let me say first off, my dog never stayed there but i did come in and look around. Upstairs it looks like small dogs and some large ones not are never given attention to. There was no one in the room supervising or playing and giving attention to these poor dogs. I heard they use bleach and water to clean, which is harmful to the dogs. Downstairs it is a larger area but again no one was in the playroom with the dogs. The floors upstairs look gross with wood chipping and dogs are always whining cause they are bored and no one gives them attention. I would never take my dog anywhere where i knew there was not someone in there 24/7.

I just had a very aversive conversation with staff at Central Bark...many, many rules...very expensive...unfriendly and unaccommodating...fecal samples, everyone says this, must be spayed, costly, you need to do this and this and this before we can even consider you

Friendly great place - I dropped in and was able to wash my dirty puppy with no wait and with lots of help (she's strong and was not enamoured with the wash and especially the drying process). I look forward to bringing her back for play sesssions and field trips, and will not hesitate to trust them when I need to board her.

I was happy to see that they are located down here in south seattle where it can be hard to find superior dog businesses. I do not hesitate in recommending them to those of you who are picky in leaving their beloved mutts in the hands of relative strangers. I can tell they are true dog lovers who would go the extra mile in making sure your dogs are given the best care possible.

We took our chihuahua and pug mix dog here and she loved it! Central Bark is great for boarding, doggy daycare, and grooming services. Their prices seem to be comparable with other daycares in the area. Their groomer is talented and very in tune with your furry family member's needs. We were very pleased with their services. I think that what sold us the most with this place is that they build their own little private off-leash dog park. It's not huge, but it's great hte dogs here can have some time to run around and socialize. The staff here are true animal lovers and we have been happy to recommend them.

PROS: Off-Leash Park, good staff
CONS: Prices are ok
