they seem to be a good service department until you get your car back and there are now more things wrong with your car then when you dropped it off.We took our avalanche in for a tune-up and after we got it back the emission light came on. We get that fixed then the power window console goes out, get that fixed. the airbag light is now on and water pump has slow leak, get that fixed. Pick it up and they say now we have a slow gas leak of one of the gas lines. The styrange part is we did not have any gas smell prior to dropping it off and they didn't notice the 'smell' until they had the car for 5 hours, now the cars smells of gas.Why is it that everytime we have taken the car in we leave with something else to fix?

Went here to look at a Toyota Tacoma, advertised online at $13K, which was in the ballpark of the Kelly Blue Book value. The truck was supposedly fresh out of the service department, fairly low mileage, but not as clean as I expected. Someone had even "repaired" the air intake hose with duct tape - not a good sign when you're paying good money for a "recently serviced" vehicle. Nevertheless, since I had three separate salesmen on my a$$, I thought I'd humor them, and let them offer me their best deal. This is where they really blew me away with their customer service skills, or complete lack thereof: what had been advertised as a $13K truck, mysteriously became a $17K truck. The web listing "must have been a mistake." As you can imagine, they couldn't even come close to offering a reasonable deal, although they did waste a considerable amount of my time. As I was preparing to leave, another potential buyer was looking over the Toyota. Seemed serious enough...until he was informed of the actual price. In fact, they had a whole string of people with appointments to see the truck that day, presumably after seeing it online...and I wonder how that worked out? Bait and switch, anyone? About a week later, after buying a far cleaner truck from an ethically superior dealer, I checked in with Bellevue Chevrolet's website, just out of curiosity. Sure enough, that Toyota Tacoma was still listed at $13K... And, lest I forget, the advertised photo of this truck was actually lifted from some dealer's inventory in Kentucky!

I had problem in the past but hearing the dealership was under new ownership I decided to give them a chance and so I brought my car into Chevrolet Hummer of Bellevue and had an excellent experience, The people were great and very helpful. The parts department was fast and friendly, and my car was delivered clean and on time, couldn't have asked for a better experince.

Went in to service one of my old cars for a potentially serious problem. Had a good service from them and were as per the promised time as well. But turned out to be quite expensive than I thought. I could have got it checked it at a local shop but did not want to take my chances so went in there. They can be more reasonable in the cost though. Service was good and people were rceptive. The place is not very clean though. Not a very good place to wait for your car!

PROS: Good service
CONS: Expensive
