I went in there looking for a veil to match my headpiece and it took the girls in there a long time before they even acknowledged I was there. When they did come over I was unsure about what color they said "That is all the colors we have" and walked away. I would have liked to have some more help, I ended up finding a pearl necklace there that was gorgeous, they do have some some really nice things in the store yet it is nice to be acknowledged.

Loved this store and wish I had visited sooner. I am in the final stages of planning my wedding and was looking for shoes, hair pins and possibly a veil. When I wandered in this store I was greeted and I told them I was looking for a veil. They said that their designer could custom make one but when I told them the price I saw for what I was looking for on the internet the sales girl told me it was a good price and she would stick with that. I love honesty! They had lots of accessories and a great selection of bridesmaid and mother of the bride/groom dresses. The prices are pretty typical of the bridal stores, but I found the staff refreshing. It is a cute place right across from Pottery Barn at Bell Square. Be forewarned the shop is hidden on the second floor. You have to go through the inside of the building up a couple staircases and down a long hallway. Just follow the signs.

I visited Mom's Maids and More prior to making an appointment for my bridal party. I wanted to look at their selection first. I was greeted by a very friendly employee. She made sure to equally balance herself between customers. She gave me a nice tour of the store and then let me explore. I enjoyed looking at their dresses. They had a nice selection of MOB and MOG dresses. However, they were the beaded style which isn't my mom's style. The bridesmaid dresses were great! I will bring my girls in to shop!

I was looking for a formal dress to wear to my wedding - at the time I didn't want to wear the poofy white gown. This store has a big selection of bridesmaid and other formal dresses. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I didn't need an appointment on a Saturday. (Though it's always best to call first.)
The only drawback is that they have one dress in each style, and some of them were in pretty small sizes. So trying them on was a bit difficult for me as I'm not tiny.
They can also order dresses they don't have in stock from the lines they carry. They also had a nice selection of bridal accessories - tiaras, veils, etc.
Parking is easy to find, and the location is right across the street from Bellevue Square - very convenient if you have other shopping to do!

After visiting numerous stores on a hunt for the perfect bridesmaid dress, I found this store to be warm and welcoming (and even relaxing!) The staff was helpful and the dressing rooms are spacious with seating for any spectators to the shopping experience. The prices are slightly higher than some other stores, but the atmosphere and prompt service more than make up for it.

Fantastic selection - really no need to go anywhere else. On top of that, they have an EXTREMELY friendly and helpful staff. The first time I went was on a weekend, and I didn't have an appointment. Despite how busy they were, their staff was really helpful (definitely recommend an appointment on the weekend, though - this place gets busy!) Once I decided to order my bridesmaids' gowns from them, their staff helped keep me organized with my out-of-town bridesmaids, which was SO GREAT. Seriously, once you have your wedding gown, come here for everything else.

Fantastic selection of Mom's dresses and exceptional service!

This store has a fantastic selection! I accompanied my daughter and her six bridesmaids for their dress shopping and all of us came away extremely happy. Not only did the bridesmaids find a dress that they would all gladly wear at the wedding, and at any subsequent party event, but I found the perfect mother-of-the-bride dress for me! I consider myself a classy mom and was so relieved to find a dress that perfectly suited my style. I don't dress frumpy year-round so why would I want to wear a frumpy dress on my daughter's wedding day? I shopped in the Seattle and Bellevue areas and let me tell you, even across the street at Bellevue Square, there were no stores that came close to the selection of classy Mom's dresses found at this store. An added bonus was the exceptional service and individual attention provided by the friendly staff. If you don't visit Mom's, Maids, and More, you're wasting your time shopping elsewhere. What a terrific experience!!!

Excellent Customer Service, Friendly Staff, Beautiful Boutique

I have been in multiple weddings over the past couple years, and Moms, Maids, and More is my favorite place to go. Every time I have been there the staff is always so friendly and gracious to us. Even with 10 bridesmaids in there at once, the staff was so patient and worked with us for hours. We were allowed to take pictures of any dress we wanted, which wasn't allowed at any other bridal store we had been to prior. My sister is getting married this Summer and she is getting her bridesmaid & flower girl dresses there too. Their selection is great and you can count on them to be organized. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my bridesmaid dresses!!

Dont waist your time

I have four flower girls and we were treated VERY poorly by the staff at Moms Maids and More. At our appointment we were informed that even though we were ordering 4 of the same dresses, our "rush order" (even though the wedding is 3 months away) was going to cost $90. The total cost of the dresses were over $600 plus we were planning on purchasing all the accessories there too. Needless to say, we were not sparing any expense.
We came back after our appointment to have the 4 flower girls chest area measured for the dresses we had previously picked out. The attendant ignored us. It's pretty hard to not notice four toddlers. None of the other employees ever approached us. After 15 minutes and the girls reaching their max patience, I approached the saleswoman and she said she would help us when she could. After 5 more minutes and 1 tantrum, one of the moms inquired how much longer it would take. We were told it would take another 10-15 minutes just to be measured.
We left. We were asking for less than 5 minutes of her time for a sale that would much exceed $800. She not only "didn't have time for us" but was rude when answering our questions. I also feel that when ordering that much merchandise that the "rush" charge should be waived or discounted. The saleswomen never called me to say sorry or to ask if we could measure the girls. I traveled an hour from my home for that appointment and one of the families traveled an hour and a half. I would strongly discourage anyone from waisting their time visiting Moms Maids and More. Their prices are high and their staff is rude. There are some great bridal storess out there and this just isn't one of them.

My little sister is engaged and the big date is next August. We've attended wedding shows and searched countless bridal shops looking for bridesmaid dresses and a dress for our mother. Moms Maids and More was by far the best boutique we found. Our afternoon was fun and the store blew us away. The girls were helpful, the ambience was classy and comfortable and selection of dresses and other merchandise allowed us to end our day knowing we had found everything we were looking for. I only wish we had come here sooner.

Best customer service anywhere!

I recently got married over the summer and I ordered my bridesmaids, mother of the groom, and mother of the bride dresses from Moms, Maids, and More. While the boutique is a little tricky to find, the customer service was amazing! In a lot of the boutiques I went to when I was looking for my wedding dress the sales people were either too pushy or consumed with tidying up the dresses instead of answering my questions. I was also able to take pictures at Moms, Maids, and More of my favorite dresses. I would definetly recommend this boutique to anyone who is planning a wedding.

From the moment I first arrived in Moms, Maids and More the staff did everything possible to meet our needs and take care of the details. They were helpful, courteous and willing to go above and beyond to pull everything together. Their expertise and thorough knowledge of the options available to us really sealed the deal. I would recommend this shop above any others in the Seattle area- and believe me, I tried quite a few before I lucked out here!

An escape from the craziness of wedding planning!

The atmosphere of Moms, Maids, and More, brings about an immediate sense of calm. The floor is open and spacious with a tranquil fountain that takes you away from the craziness of planning a wedding. The sales staff is very helpful yet not pushy, and are eager to help you find just what you are looking for on your important day. Here you can find anything from accessories for the bride, to shoes for your flower girl, and everything in-between for your bridal party. As a bride, you can find what you need to make the women in your wedding feel special, as well as shop for all of the accessories and details to treat yourself.

Much needed store for the bridal party

Erin Green, owner of Moms, Maids and More, has achieved this with her charming boutique just across from Crate & Barrel in downtown Bellevue. The spa-like ambience automatically calms the nerves and airy merchandising offers needed relief from the usual stuffed gown racks.
MM&M offers something for everyone in the bridal party with designer brands and more affordable lines - that are just as cute, if not more - for a good range of prices that can fit any budget. The stylish staff works hard to be helpful, knowledgable & flexible whatever the need. The boutique is a great spot for finding that not so frumpy mother of the bride/groom gown & a pretty assortment of shoes, jewelry, veils and bags.
