They never answered their phones. You have to leave voice mail and they say they will call you back.. After repeated attempts to contact them when our rug was overdue, we were never called back to inform us of an ETA . By chance a salesperson from the Bon happened to be near their new site and informed them that a client was being neglected. We heard back from them then and our rug was returned within a week. But for that intervention, we might still be waiting.
