I absolutely love all that this store has to offer ?? they have the best selection I??ve seen around, as far as collars/harnesses/leashes go! I travel over an hour one way to check out this cute, fun store! They have great and healthy treats ?? and also have adorable clothes for dogs as well!

The prices are mostly reasonable, there are some that are high ?? but they are great quality ?? and are pretty normal for the area. They have a great location, right in Redmond Town Center ?? and I think the store may be small, but they are great as putting all of the space to use!! I think it??s very cute inside ?? and LOVE the variety and how often they get new things in!

I am not happy with the customer service I??ve received in all of the times I??ve been there. They are very friendly, helpful, or even seem to care too much for animals. Maybe I just happen to get them on bad days? However, based solely on the customer service, friendliness, I would have to rate that very poorly.

Luckily, I do not let that turn me against shopping here ?? I go there for the cute things for my dogs ?? not to chit chat with the sales people? although it would make shopping much more enjoyable if they had a smile on their face every so often!!

I give them world class ratings as far as supplies go... but i'll keep it satisfactory as I can't say the staff has been a delight to deal with... ever for my friend or I when we've gone there.

I buy expensive Instinct "duck" canned food for my allergic Maltese. When I shopped the case price, Eastside Dog's case price was the LOWEST. So don't just accept what others say, do your homework, make a few phone calls. It can save you money. Their cotton dog t'shirts are the only ones that really fit my odd sized maltese. When you're using some messy medicines on a dog's skin, you want cotton shirts that fit.

I love this store! My dogs love this store!! Every time we visit my dogs and I are greeted promptly and my dogs are offered a small, quality, treat. Eastside Dog offers wonderful and holistic dog and cat food brands and the staff is knowledgable eager to assist. Additionally, the store carries an absolute ton of toys, treats, accessories, grooming items and of course, clothing for your best 4-footed friend. I just can't rave enough about Eastside Dog!

Pros: Everything you could want for your little dogs.

Cons: None.

I like the idea of Eastside Dog, but I feel that the high rent they must pay is dragging them down. The store is TINY, not fun for those of us who like to bring their dogs with them to shop! And the prices are higher than at other similar stores.

The thing is that most good pet foods are actually cheaper than the usual corporate brands many people use. But here at Eastside, the markup is so high, it isn't. It makes me sad that people are probably being turned off better foods for this reason.

PROS: Better brands
CONS: $$$$, lack of space

Eastside Dog is a fun place to go to when you're walking your dog at Redmond Town Center. The staff is very friendly, and there is usually a friendly shop dog name Jake who will let you scratch him behind the ears.

All of the items are quite expensive, but they have a wide selection of well-made and fun dog toys, in addition to more natural and healthy treats. They also have T-shirts and jewelry for dog people. They always include a few free treats for our dogs, and we always feel welcome, even with our large Rottweiler mix.

Parking is easy to find. The only drawbacks are price, and the limited food selection. You can definitely find the staples (food and treats) elsewhere for cheaper. But if you want to treat Fido to a new toy, collar, pair of "doggles", or specialty treats, Eastside Dog is a fun place to go.

PROS: location, parking, toy selection, friendly staff
CONS: expensive, limited food selection

Another premium dog food/supply store. Their selection isn't as wide or standard as Mud Bay Granary's, and I haven't heard of most of their ultra-premium food brands (which run at ~$2.50 per pound). They once tried to hard sell me one of these foods by talking my ear off, and most of their toys are even more expensive than their competitors'. They're conveniently located at Redmond Town Center, but that's basically their only advantage.
