Evergreen-Washelli Crematory

This is a very nice cemetary that is well kept and very beautiful. It has a wonderful area for military veterens and it's easily accessible by car or by foot.

When my beloved Great Aunt suddenly passed away this summer the family chose Evergreen Washelli due to local long term prominence. They provided a funeral director well versed in our family faith tradition. I found their services to be professional and sensitive to the raw emotions of my family. They went the extra mile to pull a coffin we liked from a nearby warehouse within 20 minutes of our request to view it.

Unfortunately I had to do business here because my sweet Mother passed away suddenly and we were not prepared. Let me start by saying they pressured me into buying an expensive coffin. The experience was like buying a car. You are so weak and grieving that it is hard to make a clear decision. Then when they embalmed my Mom they put too much fluid in her. She looked awful. They were supposed to give me her brooch before they buried her and they forgot. Then every time I go to her grave there is tire tracks across her stone from the tractor lawnmowers. That makes me beyond angry that they would be so careless with peoples headstones. And don't try to leave flowers here for your loved one. If it is around a holiday they will be stolen. My Father was so disgusted with this experience that he specifically put in his will to not be buried here even though he had a plot already. So when he passed we had to obey his wishes.
