After getting multiple quotes i decided on Closet Factory to do my 2 children's rooms. They are amazing! My designer, Sini, made the whole experience smooth and fast. Everything is actually off the floor and i have 10 times more room then before. Most importantly my kids use the toy bins and shelves to actually put things away! I cant wait to do my own closet now!

Closet Factory disappointed me every step of the way. The installers gouged a wall and didn't complete their work on-time. On several other occasions, after already collecting their full payment, they made appointments to come back and finish their job but never did. They stood me up on three occasions, each time the receptionist/scheduler confirmed that they were "on their way" when the had no intentions of doing so. For a $5000 system, I would have expected a much better product and service. Never again!
