Even though the shop was not open on the day of my sons wedding they told the bride to be there at 9 am and someone would meet me. We were given no contact number as the shop was closed on Sundays. At 10 am (3 hours before pictures) we started to make other arrangements when no one showed up....thank you to QFC in Manhatten Village for making all the wedding bouquets in 1 1/2 hours! The next day they had a new employee call to apologize and it was an effort to talk to the owner. She didn't even have the courtesy to make the call herself. She just said she was sorry and offered to mail back the deposit. What a horrible experience...something no one wants to go through on their wedding day. DON'T ORDER HERE IF IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE WHEN YOU GET YOUR FLOWERS. The owner should have been on top of things to make sure the pick up would run smoothly and they should also have a 24hr answering service like the previous owners did.

Some friends of mine sent me flowers by FTD through this shop. The delivery was prompt and the delivery man very pleasant, but the flowers were droopy and old. When contacted, the shop quickly agreed to send a replacement arrangement and sent new, fresh flowers on the arranged date, but left out the greens so that the whole arrangement sagged. They may be fine for in-person business, but I would be careful when placing a long-distance order with this company.

Malesis is a great florist. They helped me with my flowers and provided me with more than I asked for. They went out of their way to make sure my flowers turned out beautifully and even added extra flowers to my Bridesmaid bouquets. They had the order ready in plenty of time and spent the time to answer all my questions. Call and ask for Louis!

My mother in law had some flowers sent to us from out of state. This florist delivered them to the wrong address by leaving them out on the doorstep, even though the slip clearly indicated to deliver with signature only. Only several days later when my mother in law called to see if I'd recieved anything did we even realize what had happend. The florist called me the next day and was pretty impatient with me, almost like he didn't believe I hadn't recieved them. They were not very accomadating in setting up a new delivery time and even suggested I should come pick them up. Then when they agreed to deliver them again, they said they would knock on the neighbors door and try toget them back for me. Three day old flowers! I must have made my annoyance with that clear however because they did deliver a new arraingment. But they never confirmed my address. Thank goodness after the call ended I thought to call back and make sure they had the correct address - because they didn't. It was correct on the original forms, but numbers were transposed on the delivery slip.
When the flowers finally arrived, they were very nice, but there was no additonal apology, or so much as a sorry for the mix up. Knowing the way a company treats customers when something goes wrong says a lot about the company, and after this experience, I don't think I would do business with them again, especially not for a delivery
