I make payment on time as always, never late once, but they did not send out their bill to me on time and said I did not make a payment which was not truth.

I called their 1-800 number. I was not rude and I just wanted to find out why they said I was late for my payment, OMG, the rep was so rude and did not want to listen to my concern, provided me inaccurate information. When I questioned it, the rep yelled and talked over me. She was very rude and not helpful and I could not get any answers, so I had to say Goodbye to THIS rude and useless customer service rep like her at the end. Nothing gets resolved.

That was the most horrible customer service I never received AND what a terrible rude person I just had to deal with! Totally waste of my time!!

Just because you are in collection service, it does NOT mean you have to rude and no class-you should your customers with respect.

For your record, I do make my payments on time, do not collect late payment unless you send out your bills ON TIME!! Need proper training to your staffs.
