Pros: Gorgeous Hotel, literally one of the nicest in the state. Top notch. Room service is beautiful, the rooms are beautiful. i can't say enough about this hotel. Except for the complete and total lack of a view (the parking lot)

Player BEWARE!!!! The Tulalip Casino house is crooked and the craps tables are run by unscrupulous and dishonest employees! For the most part, they're all a bunch of cheats! One of many examples of their dishonest tactics is that they blatantly steal Hardways bets. If you've got an open Hardways bet pending after the point is made, they??ll pretend they didn??t hear you call it off, if you ask for them to confirm they heard you, they ignore you, and more importantly, if a Hardways roll hits before the point is made you won't get paid - they??ll claim you called it off!!!!!! If you're winning, they'll find something wrong with your throw, or maybe the Stick-man or another employee will purposely cause friction with someone at the table with the intent of changing the momentum. I've even seen the Stick-man go so far as to start whacking his stick against the table to provoke and harass the roller. I??ve also experienced the craps employees inventing non-existent rules like insisting that you parrot back your wager word-for-word instead of just being able to say, yeah, that??s right, yes or no, or just nodding your head to confirm. Some of the craps employees are so bad they continually under pay players or don??t pay you at all when they??re busy ?? and then reluctantly paying you after the fact. The house just turns a blind eye?..so much for the sweet little casino ads / commercials that are on TV showing couples having so much fun and employees who are so nice......trust me, it's a pile of horse manure.....they make up their own rules ?? it??s no Las Vegas!!! They're flagrant cheats and they??re getting away with it day in and day out! Oh, and don't bother complaining - it won't do you any good! Probably a blessing in disguise, but I won't ever go back! To bad too because I really do enjoy craps!

I made reservations at the hotel last month because a colleague of mine had mentioned she had enjoyed playing here. I also heard there was a outlet mall nearby, so my husband and I went to check the Casino out. Clean casino, nice rooms for the price, but service is HORRIBLE! Some of the staff they hire seem to be young and don't really know how to provide the best service to their patrons. I had lost a cellphone when I had stayed to play and when I went to security to ask for assistance, not only did they leave their post and NEVER return, but it happened with two different security staff. I am under the impression that most that work there care very little about their patrons. I've observed many workers who look very unhappy to be there. Especially at the card tables. Employees are very quiet, make little to no eye contact, and when prompted for conversation, usually didn't respond. Not very friendly at all.
The casino is also very smoky. I would appreciate it very much if this casino took the time to filter out the smoke-filled air. Otherwise I would play longer. I don't like how I smell after sitting at a slot machine for an hour.
The hotel and outlet mall appear to be the saving grace for this "resort." It's the only reason I would return. Primarily to go shopping. The hotel is good, but after walking around the casino and seeing what it has to offer, I don't think I will be coming back.

Just to start this off, my mom could have possibly caught a disease from this hotel and I explain why below:

This past weekend my mom and I (we work together) along with another lady we work with decided to go for a "girls getaway" to Tulalip Resort Casino. We decided we would arrive at around 9:00 pm Saturday night, get a room, gamble and then go to bed.

We got there, booked the room and went up to drop off our bags. Our initial impression was that the hotel room was absolutely beautiful! HOWEVER...

We went down did our gambling thing, and came back up for the night to shower and go to bed. My mom was the first to shower and after showering, she dried off with a towel that was neatly folded amongst the other towels on the clean towel cabinet. She came out of the bathroom with a robe on and the towel she used to dry off, around her head.

As she was telling a story and laughing about something, I noticed a brown streak on the towel! I said "Mom, what is that on your towel? It looks like poo!" She took the towel off her head and smelt it. IT WAS POO ON THE TOWEL!!! DRIED POOO!!!!

She was so upset because she had wiped the towel on her entire and face and body to dry off. Now, we work in the medical industry and there are many diseases that can be carried in feces (HIV, Hep A,B,C etc) and the quickest and most easiest way to spread a disease is through contact with the eye. So here she was hoping that she didn't rub the possibly disease ridden feces around her eyes.

She called the front desk very upset and explained to them what happened. THE MOST THEY OFFERED US WAS NEW TOWELS!!! She hopped back into the shower because at this point, she felt very dirty (and wondering if she had just caught a disease) and then went down to the front desk to asked if they were going to offer her more than just clean towels. They then stated that they would offer %50 off on our next stay and cover the cost of our room for that night! Please! the cost of that room was like $300.00
If someone said "I will give you $300.00 to rub this crappy towel all over your face and body", would you accept it!?!?!? I THINK NOT!!! SHE MAY HAVE CAUGHT SOMETHING THAT WILL COST HER MORE THAN $300.00!!!

We ended up speaking with the manager the next day and asked if they would send the towel off to a lab for testing of diseases. They said they would, but I highly doubt it. We also asked to see the towel because we wanted to take a picture of it in case there was a disease caught at this place and we have to sue. When we asked the manager to take a picture of the towel, he said "Im sorry, I cant let you do that"

ABSOLUTE CRAP!!! THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING WITH THE WORST SERVICE! THE PEOPLE WHO WORKED THERE WERE ALL KIDS UNDER 25 WHO WOULDN'T KNOW A THING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE . DO NOT STAY HERE! IF YOU DO, CHECK YOUR BED SHEETS AND TOWELS! It could possibly be some crazy bitter employee who hates their job, wiping their butts with your towels etc. Or they just don't do the laundry properly and mixed up the clean with the dirty. OR they just don't check the towels that look "un-used" and to make sure they are really clean.

DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!

Tulalip Casino are NOT managed under a gambling commission. Indian Tribes are a sovereign nation they have absolutely no rules regarding pay outs and setting of the programs on the slot machines. Pay out is slim to none, employees aren't particularly friendly, and security for lost and found is awful!

Again, no regulation on any Indian Casino.

Defnitely not a Vegas feel as Heather posted previously. It's got a more sleezy feel, but still fun! Most of the people I see at this Casino, look a little hillbilly or ghetto. But this is what makes it interesting and amusing. I have never stayed in the hotel, so can't tell you about the rooms or pool. But I can tell you about the casino and the nightclub they have here. They do sometimes have good cover bands that come play here. It's a good place to bring a group. There is smoking, so I always leave here stinking horribly. Drinks are pretty pricey, but not bad. Usually they are strong. The nightclub rarely ever has any seating unless you come super early when it's still dead and the band hasn't started playing yet.

This is an all in one location located conveniently off I-5 in Marysville. This casino, resort and spa is right next to outlet shopping so it truly can be a destination vacation. Its on an native american reservation so smoking is allowed which can be a good thing or a negative thing but definetely adds to more the more vegas like feel. Live music is often being played in the night club and the buffett is better than most although quite pricey. There is now a hotel/spa attached to the casino so you can make a whole weekend out of it if you chose. The pool area looks pretty nice and with the resort many new restaurants and club type venues were added, some even have outside areas. Lots of slot machines and table games, many food choices and beautiful decorations despite all the money you stand to lose this is really the best casino of its type in Washington.

I travel a lot and go to many tribal casinos. this is the biggest and best. its no las vegas (have to pay for drinks!) but its a nice atmosphere. monster parking lot, plenty of slots and machines but somewhat lacking in tables. Havnt tried too much of the food so cant comment on that. Impressive art and decor makes you forget you are in marysville. Traffic on freeway exit is a major negative

PROS: variey, size, service
CONS: traffic, lots of smoking

I have to admit I haven't been to a lot of casinos in my life but I always enjoy going to Tulalip. I think they did a very nice job with the overall decorating and look of the casino. Their food is alright and is priced pretty fairly. It is worth going to the restaurant in the Christmas season just to see the Gingerbread house they always have on display. My only real complaint is that I am often forced to change machines as there seem to be so many chain smokers who hang out there. It can also be extremely noisy...But I guess that's kind of the point of a casino?

Awesome Awesome! Very large new casino. Has all the casino highlights tables, slots, cards, contests! Great location, has RV parking for travelers! Very easy to find your way, great restaurants inside, including a fully secluded high end restaurant, a diner, and a buffet. Children are happily accepted in the restaurants, this is usually the only reason I go is for the buffet! I my kids come too and love the excitement and all the lights. The Buffet is a little expensive but you get great service and WONDERFUL food! They are also working on building a five star Hotel which will attract even more! If you got the way and the will please check it out!

huge and recent casino, HUGE parking lot, and close to freeway exit. but with the walmart, home depot and new outlet mall built next to it, traffic can be a problem, especially during the weekends and holidays. the food is improved, and the staff is better than when they opened. best casino in the county.

This casino is relatively new - maybe 2-3 years old? Lovely interior design. However, I don't think the machines pay out that well because I lose much more often than I win. And though they say they are a virtually smokeless casino (due to ventilation), I still leave smelling like an ashtray.

We played the slots a while and they seemed to pay just as often as at other WA casinos. The casino is loud and smoky, of course, but that's why you come! They wouldn't honour a coupon Nov O4 we had even though it said "valid Nov-Dec 2004"--they just said they weren't doing that promo anymore. So, they looked ultra cheap in my eyes- just what a Casino doesn't want to portray. Food: overpriced as usual.

Driving by on the I-5, this casino looks very impressive, with the huge parking lot, and interesting water fountain outside. Inside the casino, the area for tables is quite small, with the large majority filled with smokey slot machines. The clever thing is that the Seattle Premium Outlet Mall opened up next to it so the ladies can shop while their husbands gamble.

The place used to be downright horrible when they first opened. It took a while before they actually figured out how to make the damn games move. Other than that, it's a pretty standard Indian Casino. Lots of old folks running around passing their social security checks over to the tribesmen. Their poker room has the worst dealers ever.
