If you like a thick crust style pizza, Pegasus is hard to beat. Wonderful toppings (veggie has sunflower seeds and sprouts). Fantastic salads that are big enough to share family style - try the Greek salad. Nice area to eat - right across from Alki Beach.

Pegasus pizza is a good place to dine in. the inviroment is pleasing, service is good etc.
not good for take out service. once you take the pizza out, you relize that you need two large pizzas to feed the family because they are the size of a normal medium size. pizza lacks flavor, nothing great about the crust its bland and thick. over priced in my opinionh

Cons: pizza lacks flavor. small size large pizzas

You simply cannot eat a better pizza than Pegasus Pizza. Whether you like the traditional mixes of flavors such as pineapple and canadian bacon or your tastes run to the more gourmet style encompassing sun-dried tomatoes, sunflower seeds and proscuitto, Pegasus will make your tastebuds sing!

Be prepared to wait (and wait some more), especially on weekends and any relatively sunny day, due to its location right on Alki's beautiful beach. But it's well worth it.

Pegasus Pizza is definitely one of my favorite Italian places in Seattle. Enjoy a view of Alki Beach while inhaling gourmet pizza, salad, and dessert.

The Greek Salad is a must! It's huge so it can be shared with 3-4 people, and the price is very reasonable. The pizza comes deliverd to your table bubbling hot. We have tried them all and vote all are great! Please go and take your friends. It will become one of your favorites!

Pros: Price for the amount of food you get.

Cons: Parking can be tricky on hot summer days.

This restaurant is located in the beautiful area of Alki. The parking is very minimal so that is a definite draw back. The pizza selection is amazing and they have many options for kids. They are very kid friendly and have pictures to color while the kids are waiting.

Lets just say the wait staff our a bunch of dumb snatches and if i ever go back there i will have most definitley kick some a**. There rude inconsiderate dont no a lick a about customer service and need to learn when to pick there battles. If you like pizza but have to wait 30 mins for your pizza and try and be told how a long a pizza takes to cook when your inquiring about your food then i suggest you go here. Also if your trying to pay for your food and like it when the manager gives you attitude and doesnt know a lick about managing a resturant or staff yeah come here. There's all that and then some...god stoopid people.

Great atmosphere being right on the beach on Alki - went there once after a soccer tournament and have gone there every time I've been in West Seattle since - well worth the trip!

Busy, sunny evening. Ordered a takeout pizza. pay upfront and wait inside. Promised a pizza in 10 minutes. 25 Minutes goes by, ask waitress to check on the order. Assured that its coming. 35 minutes. Ask Manager about it, assured that order is placed and coming. 60 minutes. Still no pizza. Ask for a refund. Manager gives wrong change back (down 1 dollar), promises a free large pizza in 8 minutes. Wait 8 minutes. no pizza. Leave hungry, frustrated, out 1 dollar for having waited 1:15 minutes for nothing. To be fair, they were extremely busy with a wedding party coming in, however, they should have been upfront about the wait time and actually checked if the kitchen had the order.

This highly overrate pizzeria manages to turn out a product that's consistently greasy and bland. To be fair, I've not tried the salads, but when I go to a pizza joint, it's because I want pizza. This has to be hands down the most overrated restaurant I have ever encountered. It seems that anyone that's lived in West Seattle for any length of time will invariably swear by Pegasus, even people who normally have good taste. Perhaps there's something in the drinking water that makes West Seattleites crave bland pizza enough to brave the lack of parking to get it. It just doesn't make sense, especially with a Pagliacci being available.

Pegasus Pizza was recommended by my boss. He lived in Seattle for 6 years and said it was the best place in Seattle. He was right! This was the best pizza I have had in a long time. It has a style all it's own and a HUGE array of toppings! Extremely tasty. Our service was superb and the view of Alki was amazing!

It's a great location to grab a greek salad and a pizza then walk to the beach and enjoy the sun. They have a patio, but it doesn't get sun until around 4. The meatball pizza is to die for.

The soup is homemade and always really tasty. Their minestrone soup is the best I have ever had. The salads are huge and the ingredients are always fresh. They also have excellent grinders and subs. I can't remember a meal that we have eaten there that wasn't delicious. Plus, their prices are very reasonable. You get a lot of food for your money.

We used city search to find the best pizza around. Pretty good. We had the greek salad and the special pizza with shredded pep and sunflower seeds. I guess it was good, I dont think it was the BEST though. The view was terrific . My son had spagahetti, it was yummy with some intersting flavor. Maybe cinnamon or curry. I know that doesn't make sense but thats what it tasted like.

This is one of the best pizzas I've ever ate. It is huge and topings is so thick and tasty - you wouldn't believe. Salads are huge and just great! Greek salad is very tasty as well as Caesars. Vines are great. Actually even house vines are really good and not pricy at all - $3.25 a glass is nothing. I personally would suggest to try house burgundy - really great vine. Overall it is very cheap place with extremely good and tasty pizza - you could spend $10-15 per person and leave them completely stuffed. Great Place. Please, try it - you wouldn't regret!

This is seriously the best pizza I have ever had. The toppings are so thick on it you have to eat it with a knife and fork until you get up to the crust. Try the Greek salad also, but split it with your friend, because it is huge! This is a great place for a beer, pizza and salad. One warning, come early or later in the evening, because if you come at normal dinner hours there will be a line. This place is my favorite!

Seriously, I've never had better pizza anywhere, ever!
The Greeks know how to do it right - feta cheese, sunflower seeds, spinach and shredded pepperoni!
I live on the Eastside but we venture to the original Pegasus on Alki a few times per month - it's the best pizza with the best ambiance & view!
Thank you Tom for making that special of yours! It's the best!

I have yet to find a better pizza anywhere in Seattle! (And yes, Pegasus is located IN Seattle. Us West-Seattlites may have our own world accross the water, but it's within city limits). Though you may encouter a bit of a wait on a sunny Sunday afternoon, the food is well worth it! Aside from wonderful specialty pizzas, the Greek and seafood salads are to die for! You also have a beautiful view of the Seattle waterfront and the perfect setting for an after dinner stroll along Seattle's only beatutiful white sandy beach.

We just went here last weekend in a group of 11 for my birthday. I loved it!! The pizza was REALLY good, the salads are great, and the garlic feta bread is excellent. The views of the water are to die for, and if you get a chance, go right when the sun is going down. The view from Alki is awesome. The greek pizza was our group's favorite, and Tom's Special was really good too. I just wish they had the Mexican pizza that they have at the Kirkland location. This is now my favorite pizza place in Seattle, and I eat a TON OF PIZZA!

Let's face it....you gotta go to NYC to get it. Nobody and I mean nobody in Seattle, not Pagliacci or Piecoras can deliver, SO...WHY NOT go for the tastiest, best crust and sauce around?
That distinction goes to Pegasus. What's also great about this greek-style pie is that it's light and fluffy...doesn't weigh you down with dripping oil and undercooked thin dough. My only complaint? They don't have a location in Seattle central. I hate having to drive to West Seattle...but it's still worth it. GO PEGASUS.

Pegasus Pizza's pizza is like eating cheese bread, without a doubt. When I used to go there, I would ask for extra sauce, and then it APPROACHED what most places give you normally. I give it credit for being different from other pizzas, but until they re-prioritize sauce in the pizza heirarchy, I will go to Second Ave. Pizza, Belltown Pizza, or even too-salty Pagliacci. Pegasus salads, on the other hand, are worth the trip. They are exceptional. Just don't go on sunny days or weekend evenings, as the locals clog this place mercilessly, confirming that West Seattle is lacking for decent places to eat.
