Maybe they know teriyaki, we didn't try that, but they don't know stir fried veggies or classical chinese dishes (or how to display/advertise those dishes honestly.) If they were closer we'd have returned the food.

Cashew chicken was nothing but bland teriyaki chicken with stir fried veggies and some cashews, looked nothing at all like what they showed on the menu picture.

Veggie stir fry with tofu, the tofu was mostly huge chunks that were almost too big for my mouth (which is not small).

In both entrees the veggies ranged from tiny to huge pieces, prepped very inconsistently. Also cooked twice past death and vastly dominated by cabbage - who doesn't love piles of overcooked cabbage?

Gyoza seemed to be grocery store gyoza cooked from frozen, not made by them, bland and cheap. Dipping sauce was safeway chinese style, "double hi" brand, cheap stuff in packets.

Teriyaki sauce was thin and not flavorful, maybe Kikkoman.

I have lived in Seattle for 10 years and have eaten alot of teriyaki, but I only discovered this little gem last weekend. Alot of places use low-quality meat and then try to cover it up with sauce. The chicken at Teriyaki Madness is exceptional, moist and grilled to perfection! The teriyaki sauce is thick and sweet but not overly sweet. You can't beat the house special, which is chicken teriyaki with double the rice and meat for $6.29! It's big enough for two or to save some for lunch the next day. Kudos to Teriyaki Madness!

I was lucky to run into Teriyaki Madness here in Houghton. This little joint probably has the best teriyaki
in the state. The chicken is grilled to perfection and everything is just right. I come here at least 3 times a week,
and I just never get tired of their food. These days, thinking about eating teriyaki here is what I really look forward to. I think I'm really 'mad' for Teriyaki Madness!

This is by far the best teriyaki restaurant in washington. I've tried teriyaki at so many restaurants but
teriyaki madness is my favorite. Their portion is just awesome and the teriyaki sauce is so good
it's addicting. Once in awhile I like to try their katsu which also comes with a special sauce for it.
keep it up guys..

As Teriyaki restaurants go Madness is way up the list. The food is great, comes in huge portions and it's dirt cheap. What more could you ask for?
