Elite Collision Ctr & Auto Spa

I was recently backed into. My insurance company listed Elite Collision Center as a recommended body shop and even though it was not the closest to me, I selected it anyway, based on a recommendation from a co-worker who lives in Battle Ground. Ed and his staff have great customer service skills. The work on my car was better than I had anticipated. I had some minor previous damage on the rear bumper and Ed offered me the chance to have it repaired at a minimal charge. The insurance company wasn't going to repair it as existing damage, but Ed waived the labor to repair the previous damage and I only had to pay for the relatively inexpensive part. He wasn't pushy, but simply offered me a way to have the car fully repaired at a minimal cost to me. I highly recommend Elite Collision Center.

My husband took his car to Elite to have the inside detailed. He had owned the car for 4 years and it had never really been cleaned inside - it was disgusting. This service isn't cheap - their basic detail starts at $99; it cost my husband $249 - but they did a beautiful job - it looks like a brand new car inside. They shampooed the carpeting, cleaned out the ducts - no more musty smell at all - it's really beautiful.

He also had them fix a large scratch that ran across the hood of his car. They sanded it down and repainted the hood to exactly match the rest of the car - at half the price the dealership quoted to do this repair.

All of this took 2 days. The people were very polite and friendly. While we can't afford $249 all the time to detail the inside of his car, we're very glad we had it done and feel it was money well spent. I would highly recommend Elite for work on the inside or exterior of your vehicle.
