All Star Auto Glass

dont believe that last review- allstar's really pretty good! my appt was kept and the tech gave me a call before he headed to my office so i was ready for him. but maybe the difference is the weather. last december we had horrible weather that kinda stopped everything. i just got my windshield fixed last week when the weather was fine.

I dont write reviews but I was so impressed I felt I had to.

I think the title for this review about says it all. I had a wonderful experience with All Star Auto Glass. The day before my appointment they called to confirm that someone would be out to my house and at what time. The morning of the appointment they called to confirm the time again. About an hour before the installer called and said he was on his way.

He got to my house on time, was very polite, replaced the windshield, gave me instructions on the windshield glue dry time, left no mess, took the old windshield with him and left me a coupon for a dozen free car washes. WOW! I could not have had a better experience with their customer service, work quality or pricing. It is a great company from the top down.

If I were a school teacher I would give them an A+++.

CONS: The installer isn't dating my daughter. He was a great guy.

We put off fixing our windshield for two years and now are saying "why?" it was SO easy at All Star Auto Glass - the most competitive prices, convenient SODO location and speedy service and I hear they COME TO YOU!
