                    This is likely the worst retail location I've ever been to. I've been here five times in the past two years. The first four times were bad but tolerable, and consisted of me being blatantly ignored by staff for upwards of five minutes

                    As I was about to pay for my purchase a rude and patronizing man said to me: "Why are you buying these envelopes to ship documents in? They are pricey!" I was so taken-aback by his rudeness and tone of voice that I paid and left the store

                    I needed just one photocopy. I stopped by the store at 6:10 -- ten minutes after they'd closed. The guy running the store told me to come in anyway, then he made my photocopy and wouldn't even accept payment! He just made a customer for life!

                    Today, a fairly rude man at this store told me that if I ship a parcel COD that it will take 6 weeks for the payment to be returned to me. I called UPS directly and they said that their policy requires that payment be sent back within 24 hours of delivery date and that it takes no more than 10 business days to deliver the payment to me. Obviously, this location discourages people from shipping COD despite UPS willing to do it. I will never ship from The UPS Store locations ever again because of this experience.

                    This office is the most irresponsible, non-caring, unprofessional office I have encountered from the East to the Midwest to the West. I have never seen such poor work ethics in getting packages delivered. We paid over $100 on each of 5 packages to have them sent either overnight or two day priority on Dec 17th. It is now Dec 27th and my packages still sit there and they wont even let us pick them up saying they are still sitting on a semi truck. Now please xplain to me why pkgs with priority overnight service are still sitting on the semi truck after 10 days have passed. They are telling me it could be another week before they get to them. So we pay UPS a huge amount of money to deliver our Christmas gifts in two days then they tell me its my problem sorry, I have lived all over the US and never encountered a UPS office as horrible as this one. AVOID at all costs!!! I will use DHL and Fedex from now on out!!!

                    I had a mailbox for 3 months and things were fine so far. So I renewed my contract for 1 year, and I really regret doing that. After 2 months of my renewal, they haven't updated their computer and kept putting slips in my mailbox asking me to renew. I told them I did and they told me not to worry and would update the computer soon. In fact, they never did and even close my mailbox without my knowledge! Today I checked my mail (haven't checked for over 3 weeks) and there was nothing! I know what I'm expecting, financial statements, checks, magazines. I even called those companies to verify they did send me stuff. But these people threw away my mails and told me I have no mails. They didn't even admit their mistake! Unless you want your mails going to trash, don't use their mailbox service!

                    Mail Boxes Etc. in Redmond is a good place to patronize when you need to ship items or for general shipping supplies. They have convenient hours and their prices are good. Their staff is friendly and will always figure out what the best way to ship is to save you money. They are very helpful!
