Ford Of Kirkland

I have had many experiences with car dealers that had left me extremely defensive and untrustworthy of anything a "used car salesman" told me. I came to Ford of Kirkland about three years ago and bought my first car with them. The experience was so different than what I had been exposed to at other dealerships that I came back to buy four other vehicles in the three and a half years since. I have also sent numerous friends and family members here. The salespeople were not pushy. They were informative and let me make a decision in my time. Their service department was fabulous, they answered every question I had on a level I could understand, because as a 49 year old woman I didn't know much about the mechanics of cars. I have been so happy with Ford of Kirkland that in April, I came to work for the company. I still don't know much about the mechanics of cars but I can absolutely promise you the most comfortable buying experience you will ever have.
