Im not impressed with them used them to list home listing ended home didn't sell agent keeps wanting us to drop price I guess we have to give home away for them to sell it , tactics they have used left me feeling like i have no representation I thought a agent was supposed to represent there clients we have not been represented at all , Im not sure how this company stays in Business

The Flaskeruds have been in this business for a very long time and they will only hire the best in the field to represent their company. They care for the community and so do their associates. We used one of their realators a long time ago to find a house. Her name was Dee Richter. I believe she no longer works here in town, but she was so great. She would even call me after hours if she found something she thought would work for us. I know of a couple other realators there that are just as good to work with. Anita Peters is wonderful and so is Jerry Flaskerud himself. Even though he owns the business he does not give you the impression that he doesn't need to help out too. I like that about him. The next time we are in the position to look or sell we will be sure to use them again.
