I bought a sectional from Ideal. I ordered it in April of 09 and todate have not got it. I was told it would be in 6 to 8 weeks. I called after 7 weeks to see if it was in. They told me that they would call and find out where it was and call monday. I didn't get a call so I called them. They told me that it was back order and will be in beging of july the middle of july at the latest. So on the first of july I called and they said it wouldn't be in tell the middle of july and gave me a hard time about how this happens and that it was not there fault. The manger yelled at me and says he has other things to do then track down my couch. I called on the 17th of july because they said it would be in mid july. The person at the warehouse says to me that there are closing early and to call back the next day. I called and he answered and yelled at me saying they will call me when it comes in and to stop calling. I went in to the store where I ordered it and told them I was done I wanted my money back. They said that they cant do that and they call and find out where the couch was. He told me that it was going to be in on the first of Aug. When I went in to the warehouse on the first the woman at the desk said it was not. I asked to talk to a manger and she said he was not able to come to work because he was having car problems. I went to the store in Lacey to talk to my sales men who called someone. He told me that truck broke down on the way to the warehouse and it should be in sometime next week. I will never buy anything from these people again. They like to give a run around.

My father in law purchased an entire bedroom set and dinning set. It's been three months and they still haven't delivered the dinning table and three of the chairs. This place keeps telling him they are on the truck and will never give him a delivery date - just empty promises. He called the finance company they used to finance this purchase and they already paid them. Seems they don't care about anything but the money.

I understand sales people are on commission but these guys are pirahnas. I would rather go car shopping than deal with these guys. High pressured, overwhelming. Not worth it.

Do not buy from this store they sold us furniture with a big hole, Ken said he would order a replacement , told us to wait 6 weeks for it. Will not return calls .

I bought a table and chair set from Ideal Home Furnishing about a year and a half ago. They sent me the wrong chairs right in the beginning. No big deal though, we called and asked them to order them. About 4 months later they came in. In the meantime, we notice the table was awfully wobbly. My husband got underneath of it and where the dowl goes into the table it was completely cracked all the way down. We called them and they asked us to bring them picture which we did. They agreed that it was a factory defect and said they would order me another. I continued to call for the next 6 month and they said it was on order. Now a year and a half later and 1500.00 they are telling me that they will see if they cannot get a repair kit because the company requires a minumum order and they cannot meet it. I am outraged, I have and continued to ask for an in store credit. The manager Ron says they cannot do that because it is used now. So, if you buy a car from GM and the motor blows in 3 months, according to Ron......it is now a used car and he will not back it up. I am sharing this with you because this is by far the very worst customer service I have ever dealt with. BUYERS BEWARE.....
