In many ways I prefer Optechs rentals to the other options in town because you can get a great lens or camera for a great price. I've rented from Optechs several times and I've been satisfied every time.
The prices are the main draw, but the selection is good Canon and Nikon cameras. I also like their pickup and return times. If you're looking for a rental and the other places in town are out, give Optechs a try. Better yet, go to them first and get a better deal!
PROS: Better deals on rentals and also a good wealther of supplies
