I have lived here for over a year. We rent a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. It is WONDERFUL! They're spacious, clean, quiet and can look wonderful! Our bathrooms are both spacious; in fact every room in our apartment is large and well positioned. You even get TWO patios, one off the master bedroom (which also has a walk in closet) and one off the living room. There is also a built in "office" area near the living room/dining room, which means your extra bedroom can be an extra bedroom, or personal gym or whatever else you desire! Each unit also features a washer and dryer. And there is a clubhouse that has a gym with newer equipment, and a tanning bed. There is also a seasonal pool that was open from about May to the 3rd week of October, so it was really open quite a while. The office staff are both friendly and helpful, they really go the extra mile to make you feel like you're home. We have had ZERO problems with our neighbors, in fact every single one we have spoken with is considerate and very nice. Yes, these apartments cost a little more than others, but for the security feature (there is a controlled access door, no one can get to your apartment without being buzzed in), the space, the quiet and convenience of being right off the by-pass it's defiantly worth it. You also have access to the river, which is located right next to the apartments, and a walking path that goes for miles. I would definitely recommend these apartments, they are FANTASTIC!

Pros: Spacious, Convenient, Friendly atmosphere, SAFE, Great amenities, Fabulous staff, Well-kept

Cons: Slightly higher price than other apartments, but well worth it!

I left these apartments much cleaner than when I moved in and yet was still charged $85 to clean the carpets plus $25 to wipe out the inside of a single bathroom cabinet and another $25 to clean the tracks where the windows open (I never, not even once, opened a window in this apartment during my tenancy and so did not consider that the tracks under such windows might somehow be "dirty"). When I called to complain I was told that my apartment was left much cleaner than average and that I was charged MUCH LESS than most people. This is the most that I have ever been charged to clean an apartment that I moved out of and I made a special point to take extra care cleaning because I had heard rumors of excessive charges. We may yet meet in court to let a neutral third party decide this issue (luckily I had taken pictures when I moved in!).

Additionally these are some of the noisiest apartments I have ever lived in. The walls are paper-thin and you can literally hear your next door neighbors sneeze. The railroad and highway running near the apartments are a constant source of LOUD noise day and night. The common areas are almost never cleaned and the smell can be enough to make you want to vomit walking to or from your apartment.
