I Bought a trailer this summer from Trailer Town Olympia office. I had a big problem with a trailer ending up costing one hundred dollars more than displayed on their website for the exact same trailer. They had no explanation for this. After their walk around on the trailer to make sure everything was good, it was still missing a pin on the spit gate. I had to ask to get a pin. They replaced the pin with a bent and used pin. When i got home, i called the Rochester office to ask about the price. He just said to be happy with price and again offered no explanation. I used the trailer two times with about 1/2 hour of driving on both events and ended up with both side lights broken from rocks kicking up from the truck tires. I went back to the Oly office and they had no replacement. They sent me to the Rochester office and I bought one lens and a full unit and lens replacement due to only having one lens. They had no other replacement. Due to screw placement this lens is not available online or anywhere except in a full kit of that cost $40. Too much for a few lens. Because of this screw placement on the side lights they used, i would have to rewire a whole new light unit for both sides. I talked about this being a defect of placement with the Rochester office and they suggested i move the light.... Really, i need to fix this. and spend more money. If i need to move this light, there is a problem with the design. By the way, the light is in a different place on the smaller trailers. Hmmmm While offering no fix to this problem, they made me pay out of pocket to get replacement lens. I will spend next summer buying a new unit for both sides and it will take up my time to rewire and drill new holes into a brand new trailer i used twice. I did not argue, and over did myself with kindness when dealing with these people. They remind me of used car salesmen that are just after the sale. The Salesmen were nice to me, but the fix was for me to spend more money is unacceptable. They did not even seem concerned with the problem that caused this in the first place. I will not buy more lens to keep replacing these hard to get lens. They do have nice trailers here, but you better do your homework and make sure that your not replacing lights that should already be in a good place. Make sure all the pins are in place and don't except used pins for replacement

WE WERE LOOKING FOR A UTILITY TRAILER FOR OUR QUADS. WE MET WITH STEVE FINE IN LACEY AND HE SHOWED US THE MIRAGE TRAILER THAT WAS 16" ON CENTER. AFTER WE VIEWED THE SIZES OF TRAILERS ON SITE, WE CHOOSE THE SIZE, COLOR AND EXTRA'S AND ORDERED OUR TRAILER. WHEN WE PICKED UP THE TRAILER, HE HAD SOLD US A 24" ON CENTER UNIT. NOW HE WON'T WORK WITH US TO GET IT RIGHT. ON TOP OF THIS, THE CONSTRUCTION WAS LESS THEN GOOD. MISSING SCREWS ON OUTSIDE SIDE WALLS, SHARDS OF SHEET METAL ALL OVER WHERE SCREWS WERE PLACED. THE BACK JACKS WERE NOT DRILLED TO ALLOW JACK TO GO UP INTO THE FRAME AND WHEN WE PULLED IT HOME, THE JACKS CAUGHT THE PAVEMENT AND BENT THE BACK CORNER FRAME WORK. WE HAD TO DRILL NEW HOLES IN THE JACKS TO HAMMER THEM UP INTO THE FRAME TO KEEP FROM CATCHING THE PAVEMENT AND DOING MORE DAMAGE. THE EMERGENCY PULL CORD THATS ATTACHED TO THE TRAILER AND TRUCK IS TOO LONG AND WILL NOT PULL PIN ON TRAILER FOR THE TRAILER EMERGENCY BRAKE TO ENGAGE IN CASE OF TRAILER HITCH FAILURE. WHEN TESTING THE TRAILER BRAKE SYSTEM FROM THE MANUFACTURERS HANDBOOK,BY PULLING THE PIN OUT, THE HOUSING WHERE THE PIN WAS ENGAGED, CAUGHT FIRE AND MELTED THE HOUSING AND WIRES TO THE TRAILER.. OTHER ISSUES ARE; CALKING TO SEAL SHEET METAL AROUND WHEEL WELLS AND BULKHEAD AS WELL AS THE FRAME, IS PEELING OFF AND ALLOWING WATER TO SEEP IN SEAMS. PLASTIC CAPS ON THE LOCKING MECHANISM OF THE RAMP DOOR FELL OFF. THE SIDE ENTRY DOOR IS NOT SEALED AT BOTTOM AND THERE IS A VOID BETWEEN THE FLOOR AND DOOR CLOSURE WHERE YOU CAN SEE THE PAVEMENT WHEN DOOR IS OPEN. MY SUGGESTION IS TO NOT BUY FROM FINE FAMILY MOTORS KNOWN AS AUTO BOSS IN LACEY OR ANY OF THEIR OFFSHOOT BUSINESSES IN CENTRALIA OR WHERE EVER. I AM FILING COMPLAINTS WITH THE BBB, DEPT OF L&I, WA STATE CONSUMER AFFAIRS AND ANY OTHER AGENCY THAT WILL TAKE NOTE OF THIS PURCHASE.

The people at auto boss are very friendly and are willing to work with you if you are in a situation where you NEED a vehicle. My husband and I didnt have a lot of money but needed a car, they gave us the car a whole 2 weeks before we were able to get them the down payment we agreed to !! The cars may not be brand new but they work and they are a fair price. It is a Used car lot after all .

PROS: great prices willing to work with you
CONS:

We financed 2 cars through in house financing and they were easy to deal wtih and friendly. Don't accept any other financing from them though, you will get screwed big time! The vehicles we bought lasted quite a while and seemed to be in good working condition, however some that we test drove had obvious problems that the dealership denied.

My recomendation is to stay away from this establishment. Most vehicles on the lot are high milage auction cars and are one leg from the wrecking yard. I have a friend that purchased a vehicle through there "in house financing" and was paying 29% intrest on the vehicle. The whole setup is kind of fishy with some of his experience with this buisness. I will not go into detail, just recommend somewhere else.
