Smith Horton

My aunt hired Horton Smith when my uncle passed away last year. I went with my elderly aunt to consult with him and I was very impressed with how he walked us through each and every step. I know we would have never been able to win the estate case without the help we got from Mr. Smith.

My mother in law died last year, WAY before her time. She she was in excellent health and always had been and her will was far out of date, there was nothing about her house or bank accounts at all. The whole experience was just heartbreaking for my family. We had to hire Mr. Smith to represent us and he really did an excellent job. My husband and I knew nothing about what had to be done or what we would go through but Mr. Smith was there for us every step of the way. Thanks so much for everything Horton.

My siblings and I have been dealing with the loss of our mother and her estate since May 2010. We have dealt with several different agencies during this process. You personally and your agency have been by far the most professional firm we have dealt with. You personally, have gone above and beyond to assist us in one of the worst times in our lives.

I am so grateful for off of the help I received from Mr. Smith, who represented me in the sale of my condo. While selling my condo, I had taken a new position at work and was moving into a new condo. Horton made the sale of my condo very and let me focus on my new job instead of worrying about all the little details of selling a home.

Mr. Smith is passionate about his work and keeps current on the law in his specialty. If I needed a lawyer who specializes in estate planning or landlord/tenant issues, I would hire him to represent me. I would also enthusiastically recommend him to potential clients. .

So many people have a lot of bad things to say about lawyers, but not me. With Horton Smith I only have good things to say. For instance, Mr. Smith has bent over backwards and then some to help and satisfy myself and my family. That is how he is with all his clients. He has been our families lawyer for awhile now and I think that we will be keeping it that way for a long time :0)

The entire staff at the Horton Smith PS was Incredible! They had warm smiles at the door and the provided my family a great service. I've personally worked with Mr. Smith. I've found that they are extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. They have a truly professional establishment, a great staff, and offer nothing short of 5 star service. Mr. Smith is a very patient and honest man. We had gone to him to take care of planning myself and my husbands estate and all I have to say is that it was a joy working with him. I recommend Mr. Smith to anyone.

I went to Mr. Smith to get an estate plan, not a joyous thought thinking about how you want to be buried and stuff - but this man is the best. He makes estate planning simple and does a great job!

Mr. Smith and his staff handle paperwork with the utmost professionalism but always keeping the experience personal. He really looked out for us and we never once felt like we couldn't ask him for advise without a prompt response.
