We visited the Bellevue store while looking for a coffee table and found the furniture to have the kind of design we like.
One coffee table caught our eye, but it turned out that its cherry stand (it has a wooden stand and glass top) was the only one available, i.e. the one on the display. They had a teak stand for the same table, but to get it to the store to show us (from their warehouse) we had to purchase the table according to the person who assisted us (Vivi). So we did that. I asked how heavy the glass is (to know if I should come alone to pick it up or bring someone) and was told that they will call me in a couple of days (one day before the scheduled pick up date) to inform me. No calls received. Came to the store on the next day (when they had to have the items ready for us) only to find it closed shortly before the closing time (about 10 mins before 6PM). Came again next day (on the lunch break from work), but found out that they forgot to bring the glass part from the warehouse because apparently Vivi did not enter this into their system. Was were asked to come later this day or tomorrow and my request to drop it without extra charge near our apartment complex (just 10 minutes ride from the store) was dismissed even though they caused me to come twice to the store in vein. When we mentioned that this is not an example of a good customer service we were told that we have received their apology and if we are not satisfied they can cancel the order and refund us the money paid. It did look like they just want to get rid of us who were disturbing them (we were the only people in the store).
Overall, the only reason we decided to hold on to the purchase is because we like the furniture, but the service is not customer oriented at all, i.e. you are going to waste your time because of their errors and the only compensation for this will be "sorry".

The prices in this store are definitely on the higher side, but the products (definitely not service) deserve the money paid.

This furniture is really nice but really not for me. I still felt like the staff did not really want to help me. I probably would not go back there, mainly for the furniture style

Its a good store for some furniture which is not so ordinary looking. i recommended it to some friends who had mixed reviews so would suggest to have a look there once before setting up your dream or ur ideal room.

I like their styles and they have a very good show room. Their furniture is a little expensive yet with very good quality. I used to buy furniturres at costco homes, leter I changed to this dealer after I found them. I bought quite a few from them for my new home and the delivery is very smooth. For some special orders, you may have to wait 2 months before you can get what you oedered.
