5 Stars: OMG! (by kirklandstar)

i drive over from kirkland every 3 weeks (i'd do it every week if i could) to indulge in a mani, pedi and wax. i newly discovered frenchy's from a good friend and am so thankful! it's such a great place to bring girlfriends and relax. the spiced tea is always yummy, and i'm always wanting to spend ridiculous amounts of money on their awesome retail items. i always see anna for a mani and she starts a conversation like we just saw each other yesterday, and camilla who does my brows is quick and precise with my brows-- and let me tell you, i do NOT let just anyone touch my brows. i'm very picky over them! their new manager, shanan, is such a delight-- so sweet and knowledgable, and you can tell that they have a happy staff! i heart frenchy's!!!

4 Stars: Best Brazilian in Town (by megarooney)

Getting a Brazilian is my least favorite thing to do, but Janetta makes the experience nearly painless. It was over so fast. I couldn?t believe it! I was in and out in 12 minutes. It was quick and thorough like every Brazilian wax should be. If you must get a Brazilian go see Janetta! She is hands down the best!

5 Stars: There's nothing quite like Frenchy's! (by sosweet23)

I have always loved Frenchy's. Most times I come in by myself for a quick manicure with Leanne or Queen (Leanne does the best little flowers on my thumbs!) and facial with Camilla. Every once in a while I treat myself to a massage and have always liked the technicians that I have been paired with. My favorite part is that I always see someone I know (or want to know!) and usually it's just after one of the makeup girls has taken 10 years off my face with her magic brushes! (I'm a total pushover and always go home with some pretty little package...) One time I treated my mom and sister to pedicures after a death in the family, and the girls treated us so well, we were actually able to take our minds off the stress we had been going through. I will always have a soft spot in my heart for Frenchy's because of that day. Try it! Just know that it's not the type of experience you would have anywhere else...it's Frenchy's and it's a bit crazy but it's always fun.

5 Stars: I have always loved Frenchy's... (by Hannah K.)

I have been coming to Frenchy's since I was in college and my girlfriends worked the front desk. Over the years, I notied that the placed started to look a little scrappy and overstuffed with random gifts and houseware items...but I came anyway because I get the best manicure in town and when the gals at the counter do my makeup I look prettier than I have since I was 21. I love buying skincare and makeup here because I know I'm getting the best stuff a girl can get in this town. And just recently the place has started to look a lot better! Love it. Love it, love it, love it. The bridal parties can be quite rude and obnoxious at times, though...stay out of their way!!

4 Stars: It's still good! (by saltwatergirl)

I treat myself to a Frenchy's pedicure about once a year, usually before a beach vacation, and have been for 6 years. I hadn't been in over a year and booked an appointment 6 weeks ago. Last week when looking up the price list I saw the recent bad reviews and had second thoughts. Sounded as if a lot had changed and things had gone downhill. I almost cancelled but decided to keep the appointment and hope for the best. It was just as I remembered it - comfortable, friendly, and GREAT pedicurists! It was a busy Saturday, but I wasn't rushed, received a wonderful pedicure, and am still very happy with their work. Definitely recommended!

2 Stars: things have changed (by jennifer d.)

Frenchy's used to be the "go to" place to be pampered and prettied for any big event. I have gone there for 4 yrs and until the last couple of months thought each time that I went it was a relaxing and wonderful experience. However the last couple of months it has changed drastically. The receptionists employed there when I first began going were all very friendly and welcoming; the make-up artists always had some great product to share and I never left without a sample or two; the pink and white fill that I had done regularly was always perfect, However the last several visits there is a marked change in the atmosphere. Many of the people employed there for a long time have vanished, including the very nice and efficient manager. A lot of the nail techs have changed and the new one's do not seem to be very experienced. As for the make up artists, they all look as though they need someone to do a makeover for them; their make up is unattractive and their style of dress is garrish. They are also not in the least friendly. The receptionists have been coming and going so fast, one never sticks around long enough for you to find out if they are efficient or not. Was the place sold? Is the owner inattentive....or is the owner now paying too much attention? My suggestion is to get back the former manager FAST! She really had a great touch and ran the place very, very well. For quality service I would be happy to pay the price, but not when the service has become so poor.

4 Stars: Fun bachelorette party nail salon (by YM1891)

We came to Frenchy's to celebrate before a friends wedding and had a great experience overall. The salon and its staff were very accommodating of our large group (18 people)--very friendly, let everyone pay seperately, very organized. Also the location is a fun and cozy place for a group of friends, even those who had to wait for their mani/pedis had a great time lounging on the salon's cozy couches, sipping tea, eating chocolates and reading magazines. Very cute and fun place. Also, the salon is set up so that people can sit next to each other and chat while they get their nails done, something our group really appreciated. A couple of the girls felt their manicurist was too rushed and not careful/meticulous enough with their manicures and pedicures, but many of us had great manicurists who did a very good job. Reccomended for your next bachelorette party/bday party or any group event.

1 Stars: Awful service. Awful manicure. (by Shana D.)

I went with a group of girlfriends to Frenchys to get manicures and it was the low spot in an otherwise great day. The manicure was rushed and the quality was horrid! The technician was rude and rushed through the manicure: neglecting to remove the wax from my hands after the paraffin dip and when she painted my nails she missed parts. The best part is that they have you hold your hands in front of a fan to dry them. Hmmm what happens to nail polish when you apply forced air? A terrible manicure with a rippled wind tunnel finish. This place is overpriced ($25 for the manicure) and under quality, avoid it all costs.

5 Stars: Everything You Could Want (by Julie H.)

This place has it all! From the friendly staff who greet you with the offer of a beverage (alas, not wine) to the expert operators whose only goal is to make you feel good, when you want to be pampered, this is where to go. They have everything from the standard mani/pedi - with several varieties to choose from - to body wraps, facials, waxing and massages. Right down to the makeup artists who will offer to show you makeup tips while you dry. The cozily lush atmosphere calms you immediately. Sink into a plump sofa, fluff your pillow, sip your tea and let your eyes wander. From the intricate leafy floor tiles to the shelves filled with pretty things you didn't know you needed. Been looking for a particular product line? Check here. They carry things I haven't seen elsewhere. The high end products can be expensive, but there's no hard sell, even from the makeup artists, and the quality-price ratio is very good. Do yourself a favor, make an appointment & feel like a queen all day.

PROS: Friendly staff, expert operators, great atmosphere, excellent prices on services.
CONS: Beware the bridal parties! Perhaps in the name of good customer service, they don't enforce the cell phone ban, although they should find a way to do so politely.
