OMG, their lemon garlic vinigarette is to die for and their chicken and broccoli gorgonzola is beyond amazing. I love this place, the people, the atmosphere, all of it. My favorite place to eat in the Burg!

We love the spinach pear salad. The pasta is always served steaming hot. My husband likes the Gorgonzola chicken pasta. Everything I've ordered has been really really good.

The Ellensburg Pasta Co. is one of the best restaurants in the area. We have eaten there many times with both large & small groups; it is one of our favorites whenever we visit Ellensburg. The wait staff has always been very accommodating & friendly. I highly recommend the Spinach Salad; ask to have half the spinach replaced with romaine. The Lemon Vinaigrette is addictive! They sell 16oz bottles of their salad dressings for $5 each. This one is wonderful on blanched asparagus! I don't care for the spice (cinnamon?) in the Raspberry Vinaigrette and was disappointed with one evening special of Grilled Steak & asparagus that were both apparently cooked too close to the flame (too much charring & asparagus was overcooked). Also, the Chicken Marsala was just okay. The Ravioli are very good and the Fettuccini Alfredo (with chicken & broccoli) is a favorite. Their prices are equivalent to other Italian restaurants (Luigi's in Spokane, Spaghetti Factory & Olive Garden chains, etc) - Just because they are located in a small town, they're suppose to give it away?!?

I was first introduced to the restaurant during "the Bite of the 'Burg", a local food tasting event held during the summer. I was impressed by the samples they provided, but never got a chance to try the restaurant. The other night, my date and I decided to try the Ellensburg Pasta Company. As a walk-in, I expected a longer wait for seating but close to 40 minutes is unacceptable. When we were finally seated, our salad was served promptly, as if to try to apologize for the wait. Suffice to say, the entire experience was ruined by poor seating arrangements. If you're looking for a spontaneous evening, consider looking elsewhere-- otherwise, make a reservation.

Pros: Affordable prices

Cons: Terrible wait, Average food

My husband and I ate there for our first wedding anniversary and it was lovely. The food was nice and the service was great. It was a nice romantic spot. The only tiny little piece of advice we would give-get a cappucino machine. Italian food without cappucinos!! Again, tiny concidering everything else was so wonderful

I was pleasantly surpsised when we took my mother in law to this restaurant for a birthday dinner. The food is amazing and so delicous. The prices are a little high but worth it and the waitresses are amazingly nice!

I took my fiance to dinner here for Valentines, and the ambiance was wonderful. The food arrived in a timely manner and the service was average, but I must say that their pasta was very oily and lacked the savory flavors I'm accustomed to in Italian cuisine. Mostly bland covered up with salt and olive oil. I won't go back and I wouldn't reccommend it, especially if you've ever eaten decent pasta.

I definitely think this restaurant is overrated. Some people will rave about the PC but I think lots of people just go there cause it's one of the only restaurants in Ellensburg that has a romantic environment.
