24 Hour Fitness

This is a pretty big place with plenty of machines all at your disposal. It is kind of old and needs to be looked after a little bit better then it is being done now. The people who work there are nice but when you go in there the first time it is because they want you to join. I enjoy going there to work out.

I like 24 hour fitness because of the convenience of working out whenever I want.. but this one seems to be crowded.. and the womens locker room isnt that great.. I'd say take an indepth tour before you decide to spend your money on a membership here.

This gym started as a Harts so the equipment and offerings are not as grand as some of the others clubs (no swimming pool or racquet ball, etc). the weight room is adequate, but offers only one set of small weights for all the smaller women to fight over (okay, we dont really fight). Several of us haves asked many times for more small weights. I guess they dont value our business because after 5 years, no new weights, but they did replace the treadmills. The machines are good, with several to choose from. Worst of all, though, the place is always packed!

This club has plenty of machines, but it is always busy so you sometimes have to wait. Also, the locker rooms are always a bit grungy and don't smell like they have been sanitized. Being so busy, the machines are often sweaty. On the positive side, the staff is generally friendly, though not overly so. They seem to have good professional trainers. I would try for a smaller club unless you like having lots of people around you.
