I went in for a pedicure with some friends and although my toenails look beautiful, the handling of my "massage" felt more like a beating. Despite that, I opted to get my nails done as well - BIG MISTAKE! The guy was so rough that he sliced through my skin on three different fingers with the nail shaper, there are bubbles in my Solar Nails, and he refused to paint a color on the tips stating that they looked beautiful the way they were and that I'd ruin them by adding polish. (I wanted them to match my toenails!) Overall I'm very dissatisfied and because of the rough handling, I'm terrified to go back! Will be more cautious next time and look up reviews before heading anywhere!

Very unhappy with the work done on my nails. I went for a fill, and not only did they end up looking terrible, but I discovered after having them removed one week later, that he pushed the grinder/sander too far into my nail bed (felt a few painful points, jumped a bit and he stopped long enough to notice I felt pain, but continued on) and it has gotten more painful. My natural nails will have to completely grow out before they are healed. The gals at the salon who removed them were shocked at what a terrible job this guy had done. I plan to return asking for a full refund and to show him the damage he did to me. !!

I went to this place, because I wanted a cheap acyrlic set. (They only charge $27 for a set- nice for something inside a mall!) I was in a hurry and didn't have time to go to the cheaper place I wanted to try. The lady that was doing my nails had another nail tech sitting next to her... I thought at first it was because she didn't speak good English, but later I realized it was because she was must've just started working there. (Don't you just love when that happens?)

Well, all went well until she started filing after the acyrlic was put on. She was very rough and she ended up cutting my skin and making me bleed! I bled on the the nail file, and of course she didn't throw it away. I had to ASK for antibacterial stuff to be put on it! (I didn't want to get an infection- NONE of the cheaper nail salons I've been to are really sanitary IMO.) She said sorry multiple times, but I did NOT get a discount or anything... I did, however, give her less than a 5% tip, because I was pretty upset. Didn't make a big deal or yell at her or anything, because she looked sorry and I just don't like giving people in low-paying jobs crap like that.

Well, she did a pretty bad job on the polish and a less than satisfactory job on the acyrlic part... NOT going back there again, and I'd advise you don't either!

The good parts about it were that she did pay a lot of attention to making the nails sturdy and I'm sure they'll last for a while if I don't end up getting an infection and needing to take them off.

For a mall shop, the prices are very reasonable and fair. The quality of the acrylic nails product was very good, very quick and looked good at the end. They lasted much longer than most artificial nails.
