I recently used the optomotrist attached to the Lenscrafters store, ad subsequently purchased glasses from Lenscrafters. The person who helped me pick out my glasses was super helpful. I wasn't sure what I wanted and she kept with me for a long time, helping me determine what was best for my face. I've had great experiences with the product quality as well, for the price and convenience, you can't go wrong!

Lenscrafters at Redmond Town Center has gone above and beyond in selection and customer service. They have wonderful selections of the latest styles of frames and contacts. They offer warranties on their products and can have your glasses made within an hour! Once my husband broke his frames and they replaced them with a model they had on the display for free. The staff is very friendly.
