I have been going to Whidbey Cleaners for over 20 years and have always been pleased with the caring, gracious service I have received. The staff at Whidbey Cleaners has never charged me to re-run a garment if they thought it could improve it. Their attention to detail and follow up questions about a problem garment are much appreciated.
I care about my clothes and only go to Whidbey Cleaners!

I came to Oak Harbor from Georgia to visit my daughter who's stationed here. And I dropped of a ladies pant suit to be cleaned and pressed so we could take some family photos, I got my suit back and there was a stain on my jacket that wasn't there when I dropped it off. The young lady that was helping told me that they could remove the stain but, I would have to pay to have them clean the jacket again. I was very upset what kind of a business makes their money by taking advantage of their customers. My husband had to go and buy me another suit so we could take pictures. If I return to Oak Harbor I WILL NOT USE Whidbey Cleaners.

this afternoon i picked my husbands dress white military unifrom up and i was appaled. i spent way to much money for my husbands miliart creases to be lop sided i should have gone to the base for all of my dry cleaning needs. the price there is right and his uniform now has to be redone by the professionals. i was furious! my bestfriend told me she uses a dry cleaners on Pioneer Way and says they are the best. i will never use whidbey dry cleaners again!

Every time I go to Whidbey Cleaners I get good, fast, reliable service. There prices are pretty reasonable. And my clothes are always perfect and on time.
