Great place, we furnished the entire house for $18,000. Furniture is good quality, most of it was in stock, we picked the rest in 3 weeks. They have a warehouse on corner of 196th and West Valley in Kent and it is huge (maybe a city block),
Some of the reviews below looks like are written by unhappy competitors, especially the ones that tell you where you should shop.
Year and a half ago we purchase a leather sofa from Macy's and it took them 10 weeks from order to delivey.

Ryan was also my salesperson who was extremely friendly and helpful. He is no longer working there and since then, I have gone through the biggest nightmare to get my couches to me which were purchased early October and now it is Mid-November.
I bought these couches based on the quick ship time and the price! At the end of the 2-4 week ship estimation, I called the store only to find that Ryan no longer worked there. I was passed to the store manager Eli who just told me the couches never ship that soon and the soonest the could get them out to me was Mid November. I had surgery on my foot on No. 10 where I'm unable to walk for 6 weeks so I NEEDED the full couch to lay after my surgery. Especially because I will not be able to do stairs for at least a week!
They have since brought me one loveseat and I am STILL waiting for my couch which Eli told me would arrive by November 11. It is now the 13th and they're telling me they cannot deliver it until the 15th. I've been working with both store managers AND customer service/corporate and all they've accommodated is free shipping when I'm stuck here squished on a loveseat and/or the floor. It has been the worst experience ever and I've never dealt with a company SO UNWILLING to wrong their mistakes and make a happy customer. Now when the store manager told me I would receive them by the 11th he is unwilling to do anything else to correct his mistake again. So let me tell you, I DO NOT RECOMMEND getting furniture here unless you're prepared to deal with a bunch of crap and wait a very long time for your shipment. The experience has been awful and so has the service.

We purchased a couch set for my second home. Our salesperson Ryan was very friendly and helpful. After doing some shopping, we realized they have really good prices. Smooth transaction, we just picked up the set from the warehouse.

I dont know what you people are talking about .i bought my furniture there and it couldnt have been better, the customer service was amaing, along with the sales floor people. Just because you guys are hella picky and have no patience doesnt mean you have to go off on them... Mmmmkay!!!

Folks I have to agree with most people people here on the forum. Dont buy from this company. They have bad support staff and if something goes wrong you are left in the dark. This company forgot about customer service. We currently have an issue that still isnt resolved and the only means to getting it resolved at this point is with court. I noticed this company has several BBB complaints.

Do not shop here! Horrible customer service. Although their prices are low, you will pay one way or another. They scheduled a delivery for me on a Sunday. I planned my weekend around it and made arrangements within my home to accommodate the new furniture. Sunday goes by and no delivery. I call the warehouse and they tell me the salesperson (Cory) went into the system the previous Wednesday and cancelled the delivery and scheduled a new one at a later date because not all of the items were in stock yet. Problem is, HE NEVER CALLED TO TELL ME! I called and spoke to the Asst. Manager (Udon) and she confirmed that Cory had done exactly what the warehouse told me and promised to investigate why he did this. At this point I requested to have my delivery fee refunded for the trouble. She agreed that if he was at fault he would have to surrender his commission on the sale. Days go by and she never calls me back. I finally call her and she gives me a song and dance saying the delivery wasn't confirmed. Funny, you and your warehouse worker both read verbatim out of your system that it was confirmed. Mind you while speaking to her she interrupts and talks over me several times. I request to speak with the General Store Manager (GSM) and she reluctantly gives me his first name. I tell her to ask him to call me. She agrees to email him my request. A week later after realizing I won't be getting a call back I call her again. I ask why the GSM never called me (she again talks over me) and says she spoke to him about the issue and didn't deem it necessary that I speak with him. I insisted and she tells me he's on vacation for the next week! Arrrgh! He finally calls me a week later. I explain the situation and he says he'll look into the matter. He calls me back again and gives me the same line about it not being a confirmed delivery date. "Why then did your salesman go into the system and change it?" No valid response except to say he will not refund the delivery fee. Customer satisfaction is of no importance to this business once they have your money. If I could have returned the furniture, I would have.

I have gotten really bad customer service with Rochelle from the Warehouse and Delivery location at Kent WA. I called this afternoon (6/25) to check on the status of my furniture order but she told me that she could not help me, and that I should call my sales agent instead because my sales agent gets the commission for the sale. I told her that I was able to get the status before by calling the warehouse and delivery location but I guess she is too lazy to help me out and did not want to be bothered. She even admitted to me that the reason she did not want to help me is because she is not the one getting the commission. I told her that the reason I was calling her instead of our sales agent was because I did not get good service from him, but now, I was getting attitude from her (Rochelle) as well. My sales agent, Ryan Golob at the Tukwila WA store was somewhat nice when he sold us the furniture last June 7. We told him that we are hoping to get our furniture by the end of the month and he told us that he would do his best and that we could call everyday to check on the status if we wanted to. But I guess he was lying and just wanted the sale at that time because when I called him yesterday for the first time (6/25), he was very unfriendly and curt, and made it a point to tell me that he checks on his orders every day because it benefits him to do so since he does not get paid his commission until the furniture gets delivered. So, what he was trying to tell me in not so many words was for me to not bother him. Moreover, he said that he was also anxious to get the furniture delivered because he will not get paid his comission until the delivery.Needless to say, I am very disappointed with the customer service displayed especially by Rochelle from the kent location and Ryan Golob. They are not willing to help customers if it will not benefit them. What happened to good customer service? Well, I guess it is not in the vocabulary of these two. They obviously do not know what that means. Furniture factory direct just lost clients because we will never buy from them again and will make sure to tell everyone about our bad experience!We were even planning to buy more furniture since we are remodeling our house but we will take our business elsewhere.

Service is great but the only problem I had was that most of the furniture that I liked had to be delivered in 3-4 weeks. I really wanted my furniture sooner. wish they had more furniture on hand.

I had a leather natuzzi sofa set from Macy's for over 10 years. This furniture lasted the whole 10 years with no problems. I bought a new house and decided to buy leather furniture from furniture factory direct. Well, within the first 6 months the whole frame on the sofa broke- very poor quality. They fixed it...yeah fixed it- did not give me a new one! And around a year later the love seat frame broke! I don't have kids and there wasn't any rough housing on the sofas to cause the frame to break. They are just poor quality. I also bought a somewhat large chaise and the leather had scratches on it...I picked it up from the store and when I wanted to return it because of the scratches they said "bring it in". They wouldnt even pick it up. Anyways, I suggest everyone stick to more reputable stores like Macy's.

Ya know, this place really is pretty good if you ask me. It's common knowledge that you get what you pay for. They do have great prices. I purchased a cherry counter height dining room table set with 6 chairs for $400! It was a steal. I thought the employees were pretty quick with the transaction, and for the most part left me alone until I wanted to be helped. I've read other reviews where they had problems with the length of the wait for their furniture...PICK IT UP! (If it's in stock of course) Mine just so happened to be in stock, and I picked up the same day of purchase and had it put together that night. I'd go there again!

The sales person was great! However, once they got my money, everything went downhill from there. My furniture is damaged and at first they told me it would be 3-5 days to replace it. Now it has been over 50 days and several phone calls later and I still don't have my furniture replaced. I was very nice about the entire situation until about day 45, now I am furious! The receptionist Michelle at the Tukwila office refused to tell me the last name of the store manager until I told her I needed it for my attorney. Then she told me his name is Pat Ludgate. That may be a lie too since they seem to lie about everything else. At any rate, I will have my day in court - even if it's just small claims court. As it turns out, the quality of the furniture is crap anyway.

I recently purchased a recliner sofa, a bed and a dresser. The sales staff was professional and upfront about my delivery waiting time. He checked his computer and the let me know that I would have to wait 2 - 4 weeks for the sofa. The sofa arrived on the 3rd week. When they delivered the sofa they set it up for me and took away all the cardboard and wrapping material. The bed was in stock and was delivered 2 days later. The delivery guys put the bed together in less than 10 minutes, took all the boxes. The quality of the furniture is great and better prices than I have seen. I strongly recommend this company and will buy from them again.

Everything in this store you have to order - you can't buy and take anything home with you. And, although the sales people are relatively nice, they follow you around and it made for some uncomfortable moments.

We went at furniture factory direct ,they carry ashley furniture ,no doubts prices were good but it took 7 weeks to get our order and beleive me when the dining table arrived it was all broken and they told us they will replace it so we have to wait another 4-6 weeks ..we had the worst customer service isssue .
we tried to get our money back and they refused to do so anyways we went to another ASHLEY dealer nearby at JR FURNITURE
they guy told us that he can give us in 10 days no doubt jr price was $ 97 more than what we paid at furniture factory direct but on the 9th day our sales person named MAC at JR called us that your furniture is ready for delievery , we got next day delievry and everything was perfect ,,,good job MAC
so if u want to buy anything fro furniture factorey direct check out at JR ALSO and ask for their sales manager MAC

I bought a bed frame/head board set from Furniture Factory Direct, which then proceeded to break after 2 months. Admittedly, they were nice enough to come look at the bed frame, and offer a replacement. They said it would be 2 weeks to get the replacement, but now it has been over 2 months and still not here. After waiting 3 months in the first place for the bed set and now another 2 months for the head board replacement, it is certainly not worth it to buy from this company.

This is a heads up to anyone who wants to buy anything from this horrible store! I bought something 8 weeks ago, was told that it should be here in 2-4 weeks, and i am still waiting. I am so disappointed that i am going to cancel my order. The sales associates just want to sell and will lie out of their butt. Don't get fooled by the relatively cheap prices, most stuff is made in China, and quality isn't that great either. I have vowed to never buy anything from this store.

We just had our furniture delivered, excellent service good quality and we saved a bunch. The bedroom set was in stock but we had to wait 3 weeks for the sofa and loveseat.
