This is the only pizza place in the Seattle area for authentic Chicago style pizza. There are plenty of other places that claim they make Chicago style, but I have yet to find one (and I've been to quite a few). I personally prefer the spinach pie. The crust is buttery, thick and flakey. The cheese and spinach blend is yum and the sauce is the perfect topper. It does take a while (30-40 minutes) for the pie to bake, but it is worth the wait. You can even call ahead and order. Then when you arrive at the restaurant your pizza is ready...no waiting! This is the only place worth trying if you're in the mood for Chicago style pizza.

Don't go to Delfino's if you are in a hurry, because the wait for pizza is usually quite long. Order a salad to hold you over if you are starving. But, once the pizza comes out, you are in for a treat! Delfino's serves us truly Chicago style pizza with thick crust, real cheese, and fresh ingredients.
