There are no private entertainment booths or video rooms at any Private Lives stores. Our buyers shop internationally to select the newest and best quality products available. This store is great for gag gifts and decorations for the brides last night ! they have a wide variety of stuff in there! they also carry very pretty nightys for women :)

There's other places to shop

I only go to Private Lives on an as-needed bases.
The staff is haphazard! Sometimes you have the best help other times they can't even give you the time of day. I've been in there more than once walking out empty handed because I couldn't get waited on or didn't want to approach the staff because of their appearance.
Most of the time I think their lubes and games are really overpriced, as well as some of the costumes. The toys are okay, but you need to shop around and make sure that Taboo doesn't carry it for $10 cheaper. I paid $14 for Coochie shaving cream and found out Fantasy had it for $9.
I also found that most of the items they carry can be ordered online for less as well. Granted you are waiting and paying for shipping, but sometimes it makes a difference.
Pros: They carry plus sizes and you can try them on
Cons: It is really expensive

Very Cool Experience

I was really scared about going out a surprising my husband with some toys. I didn't know where to go or just what the heck I was going to look for. Yes I live a sheltered life. So I found Private Lives on Citysearch and made the journey. The ladies that work there are so cool! They made it so easy and really fun. I was kind of embrassed at first but in just a few minutes I had a basket full of neat new and exciting things to try out with my husband. Plus a super cute new outfit for the bedroom or to wear out when I am feeling really daring. MAKE THE TRIP IT'S FUN AND WORTH IT.
Pros: Everything you could imagine and then some
