Sound Oil CO

Need more of an explanation? Broken heat exchanger, city code violation, respiratory problems.

Sound Oil had the maintenance contract on my furnace.
The furnace was filling the house with noxious fumes but my calls to Sound Oil were never returned. Finally I called another heating contractor for an inspection. According to him, my furnace had not been inspected for a year (based on soot build up) tho the tag said it had been inspected the month before. New guy found a cracked heat exchanger and told me to TURN THE FURNACE OFF - DO NOT USE. I wonder if I would be alive if I hadn't called Ballard Heating. They were expensive but they saved my life.
