This is a great place to stop in if you can't find anywhere else open late at night. They have a complete menu with pies and everything. The prices are reasonable, but I don't know if this is somewhere you'd choose first in daylight.

I went here for lunch. The restaurant was clean, and the workers were friendly. It is kind of like Denny's. They have specials of the day, and meals. The prices are pretty good. The food was OK. I haven't gone back there. It didn't really impress me.

Frankie Doodle's is the only place to go if you've got the munchies after the bars close. From 2 to 3 AM is when you get the most interesting, and ecclectic crowd. Peering over your omlette (they make some of the best) you'll see designated drivers and their charges, along with everything from the affluent to the absolute dregs of the Inland Empire. No worries-law enforcement has a very heavy presence in the wee hours, enjoying excellent, modestly priced food with the rest of us. -Chuck
