Review written by some whose browser was highjacked by National City S#$%^& 3 Star Rating - Satisfactory

Just a quick note to mention that this review is being written by some one who has never eaten at the gosh darn Husky Deli but whose browser was highjacked by the punk-butt emeffers at "nationalcitysearch" and taken to this site when searching for "Raley Field" in Sacramento on a search page set up to resemble Google. Eff all y'all at nationalcitysearch, who should all be taken out and forced to eat the leftovers from a real husky

Great local spot! 5 Star Rating - World class

Husky Deli is a great family shop. They have ice scream & good sandwiches & salads for those that are hungry for a little more then ice scream. They also have some great unique grocery items!!!! Check out their candy too - gourmet to everday. My son's school ordered their packaged lunches & they were a fantastic price!

Pros: Fantastic Ice cream & lunches. Very fun for the family!

Great imported foods, ok ice cream 4 Star Rating - Very good

Went here after hearing a ton about the ice cream they have here... Just ok I thought. Not really worth my long trek to West Seattle. But the place has a nice old timey ice cream parlor feeling to it and the shelves are stocked with an amazing selection of all sorts of foreign foods, like pasta sauce from Italy and all sorts of olive oils. The prices were great, too.

Pros: Lots of cool foreign foods
Cons: Didn't really live up to the hype

Memories of Husky Deli.... 5 Star Rating - World class

There was nothing like having my grandparents take me to Husky's for their Dollar Mint ice cream. Those added peppermint candy pieces made that flavor my favorite for 30 plus years. If the Dollar Mint flavor still exists it would be well worth any peppermint flavor fan to make the trek to Husky's. Now if I could only get that shipped down here in Long Beach,CA....thanks Husky Deli!!!

Pros: parking, junction shops, good people

west seattle icon! 5 Star Rating - World class

I grew up in west seattle in the '70s. Huskys was always the place to go and get ice cream! Even if we had to walk a mile or so to get it, it was the best. I still occasionally drive the 90 miles to get some of the licorice ice cream! YUM!!
