World Fresh Market Inc

This is a fantastic lunchtime option for people working in the downtown area. It's down in the Union Square tunnels, so it's really easy to get to. They charge per pound, so it's truly buffet style, with some great options, including a bit of sushi. There is limited indoor seating, but right outside is some stadium style seating, and sometimes there is live music there to enjoy during lunchtime.
