total thievery! lied about every thing, in addition to taking our down payment and not returning it..the finance mgr (lol mgr) hasnt a clue about honesty, but sure knows dishonesty. this place is so over priced..............stay away.................there's hundreds of better dealerships. then they wonder why history has proven..the last thing you can't trust is something that slithers on the ground and is a car salesman

Acura has really got it together. They have an awesome selection of the best cars, the salesmen are total professionals and they have had professional training. The only reason I could not buy on my visit was price. The cheapest TSX is 30-grand and the ISX doesn't cut it for me, and the TL is overkill. My salesman did everything by the book and showed me the black TSX and all its features, and let me test drive it on the freeway. What a wonderful car! Acura doesn't mince words, they don't make promises they can't keep, and provided you are honest with them they are more than willing to negotiate on price and get you financed. Acura of Lynnwood, along with Lynnwood Honda and Lake City Toyota are at the top of my list now for future consideration, and I am poised to make a new car purchase in the near future. I am polishing my credit report to a sparkling 730 so that no deal could be refused, having bumped Ford completely off my radar.

These people bend over backwards to make things right by you. Way above and beyond. Makes me think there might still be a thing out there called customer service, backed up by action not just some cheesy smile over the phone. thanx guys

We went to This dealer and purchased a 2007 MDX. As we found out we were overcharged for the vehicle. They gave a bait and switch financing just to get us to buy the car, only to force different terms on us later. Car broke down 1 block from dealer because it was not prepped for sale. And to top it all off they never dealt with our trade in, leaving us on the hook for an additional 3 months while we sorted it out ourselves(costing us much time, money and stress).
Sales people are pushy, managers are at best incompetant and the level of service they provide is horrible. We are currently dealing direct with Acura Corporate to try and resolve this mess. Simply put: STAY AWAY!

We were in the market to purchase a new car and was between a Acura TL or a Lexus ES300. The sales person at Lynnwood Acura made the decision extremely easy for us. We were approached by this sales person at Acura of Lynnwood, he was pushy...kept asking us the price we want to pay for th car and worst was that he did not look me in the eye once. He was talking to my husband the entire time and giving me an impression that I do not know much. One thing he forgot was that we were in the market to purchase to car for me ... not for my husband. We left the dealership and head straight to the Lexus dealership which is only a few blocks away.
