The don't seem to do all the related cleaning of carpets by default. I was surprised with some glitches in they way they do it and had to talk it out. But costed me more due to this which was not in the quote earlier. This does not give good feeling at the end. The service is not so good, and the work was just okay, not very effective I would say. I had to get the carpet cleaned once again in a few months itself. The add some extra charges under different categories not known of usually.
