Boutique for the dogs

by Lily V. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 9,862

Raileys Leash & Treat is a neat little shop to shop for your four-legged friend. They have a red, white and blue neon sign outside and their front door is surrounded by a bright red painted storefront. Inside the little store is filled with everything you could ever want to buy for your pooch. The store even has its own dog bakery where they sell dog chews, brownies and cookies.

Wanna accessorize your doggie?

by Leslie L. | insider_guru Insider Guru | Rank: 1,776

We stumbled upon, or more appropriately, our dog pulled us into this store in Fremont as we were walking by on 36th street right after hitting the Sunday Market. Somehow she knew it was made exactly for her! Despite being a small store, Raileys carries a tremendous selection of dog leashes and accessories, together with a huge display case of cookies and dog treats a la Three Dog Bakery. All dogs are given three treats upon entering the store, and its a nice place to stop by with your pup after going for a walk in the Fremont neighborhood.

My dog's favorite store

by Ruth W. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 5,926

I absolutely love this store, they are the friendliest people on earth here and they carry the most adorable dog products. You'll find all sorts of cool items here, from a hot pink doggy sweater with a skull and crossbones stitched on, to doggy scarves, to funky-print collars. They also have a nice selection of shampoos and conditioners with all natural ingredients. The dog carriers they have here are not the cheesy vinyl/patent leather type that you might see elsewhere, they don't sacrifice fashion for function. And although Railey's carries some high-end "doggy-couture" products, you don't get the snooty pretentious vibe from this store like you might at other boutiques. I highly recommend this place to splurge on your pet.
