.

My husband took his Chevy Avalanche to LS to have our regular season tires changed to snow tires and back. At the last switch Les Schwab did not reapply his 4 pressure sensing gauges (about $70 each to replace from the dealer), and gave him tires and rims that were someone elses. Upon removing the tires, both fronts were marked "front right." We didn't notice this error until he took the truck into the dealer for warranty repair and to find out why his tire alert light was aways on. We paid for the dealer to do an alignment that was probably the direct of LS's error. The bottom line was that LS agreed to replace the sensor gauges at no charge and discounted a new pair of rims and tires...which is why I am giving a 2 star rating versus a 1 star rating. Still I wonder how many other people have gotten someone elses tires and rims. My suggestion is to mark your tires and rims with some distinguishing mark before you get your tires changed, and not leave the store without knowing you have your own property. Also check that you have your specialty gauges if your vehicle is equipped with them. Unless, of course, your tires or rims are in bad shape and you're hoping for an upgrade then this is the tire center for you...and good luck with that. I cannot help but have concerns about a shop that handles its work with such indifference.
