I met Lou at a swap met about a year half ago. I have been buying my parts from him since. His prices are good and his help and service has been outstanding. I have got the wrong parts on three occasions ( my fault, not his ) and he has happily exchanged them for the correct parts with no problems. To Lou I say Thank You and I tell all the people I know with Classic cars to give Lou a try for themselves.

STAY AWAY! I own a biz iin local area and got this treatment! i took classic parts unlimited over 15 pieces of chrome and aluminum to have refinished april 2006, after getting the run around until september or later i found out from lou that they had lost all my stuff ( grille, headlight bezels, birds, lower valance trim, etc) After even more time and research found that there is two companies which lou started. lou is registered through the state of washington as business owner for both but his son mike is on the biz licence after threating to take legal action lou gave me used parts back including a broken grille ) I was still out about half of parts sent in and still today have hard time finding to replace and lou has vanished! i did dispute the charges for the deposit i placed which my cc company reinbursed me for but I would never recommend anyone to do business with him. I made several attempts to give him opportunity to make this right but he seems not to care. Notes : Lou is registered owner through sec of state(WA) therefore responsible for business(s). His store in kent closed over a month ago. He tells people he is not responsible. Its public record check it yourself! u can find it online

I was at Good Guys in Indianapolis, In. June 10, 07. Met Mr. Lou Corey at the Classic Parts Unlimited display. I ordered a gas tank for a 56 Chevy wagon to be modified for a fuel injected engine. Gave Mr. Lou Corey $200.00 to place the order. He said it would take 6 to 8 wks. I have contacted Mr. Corey several times, only to be told he would look into it and get back with me. Nothing! Last week ( 12-05-07 ) I called four different time, only to get an answering machine with no return calls. I just can't believe there are people like that " crooks". Mr. Corey if you do read this, I'm not finished with you.

I purchased 1956 Chevy parts from Classic Parts Unlimited while at a Turlock, CA swap meet. Not all parts were in stock and had to be shipped from the place of business in Kent, WA. Lou Corey "PROMISED" to have the remaining parts shipped to me in three business days by UPS at no additional charge. When attempting to wirite a check for the parts I was asked not to put the company name on the check but rather make it out to Lou himself. He further stated that it didn't matter what name was on the check because he said that he WAS the company. After Lou Corey cashed my $435.00 check he refuses to ship my parts and take my phone calls. I made EIGHT phone calls to his place of business and on November 26, 2006 I had one successful attempt at a phone call only to end up talking to his son who stated he had no connection with the family business period and would have his father (Lou) return my call right away. As of November 28th I had yet to recieve that call back so I decided to call. I made my call to Classic Parts Unlimited in which Lou himself answered the phone. When he learned who I was he immediately handed the phone to a lady in the office to completely ignored me and my attempts to tell her who I was and what I wanted. After 15 minutes with no results I then hung up and redialed Classic Parts Unlimited only to get the answering machine. I once again left a message to urgently return my call. STILL WAITING!!!!! For those who read this please pass on to your friends and family members who are into cars to avoid this company. All I ask is that you either retun the balance ($235.00) to me or ship me the parts. Is that too much to ask?
