In my personal experience I really felt that they took advantage of me when it came to my cat. Everytime I had to bring her here even for something as simple as shots, they would recommend different costly procedures that they said she needed done. They made me feel like I was an uncaring Mom if I didn't do these things. Then they suggested special food that I don't feel she really needed. It was by perscription and was costly.
