Had a relaxing massage from Spa Scotta. What I love is the nice warm tables and massage therapist were so professional. I love telling them the areas to work on and then I am off to la-la land. No talking during the massage for me. The staff makes you feel like you are the only one in the place. I even had a surprised Spa B-day party for 7 friends. They will work with you on any event you want to have there. The owner even came out to see if everything was going well. LOVE that.

I've been seeing Raina Green for my eye lash extentions and I must admit they are the most beautiful lashes I have ever had on. I've had my lashes done many places, but no one comes close to how she does them. Not only do my lashes look amazing but Raina is incrediably profesional, down to earth and makes you feel so comfortable! Hands down the best ever! Oh and if you need some waxing done she shines in that department also! ;o)

Walking into Spa Scotta i was greated warming by an extremely friendly front desk staff, and was shown to a relaxing quiet room (equipped with tea and snacks) where i was then greated by my massage therapist. My "60 min customized" massage was superb, as i was able to tell my massage therapist exactely how and what i wanted, customizing it exactely to my liking.
After my massage i was able to enjoy the amazing lingerie, purses, and jewelry the spa had to offer in their boutique.
Overall i would say that my experience at Spa Scotta was the best experience i have ever had, and i would highly recommend anyone there!!!!

I recently came in with my entire bridal party for spa services. Including myself there were 8 of us and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The Spa had their entire nail studio reserved for us. There was room for us to bring in food and champagne and simply enjoy ourselves. Each one of us kept talking about what a great time we had and how much fun it was. I had my nails done with Jenny and she was knowledgeable, fun and my nails have never looked better!!! The staff was exceptionally nice and took great care of my party. I will be recommending it to anyone who is looking for great spa services in a friendly and chic environment.

I had a facial with Tamera--she was amazing and my skin never looked so good. After my facial I browsed the boutique and ended up with a great dress, new eye color, new skin care. They offer the best skin care brands and accessories. I'm hooked. I will be there every month--it's worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my new favorite place to get a pedicure. I've been looking for a new place to get pedicures since Beehive stopped offering nail services and I've had nothing but bad luck with the various chop shop style places I've tried around Seattle. This is my new place! It is more spendy than going to a standard nail salon but you get what you pay for, and I am happy to pay a premium for the cleanliness, appealing atmosphere, and quality of service Spa Scotta offers.

I really enjoyed the signature pedicure. The atmosphere in their new space is very nice -- clean, fresh, welcoming, and attractive. Kenyatta is a kind and warm woman who did a beautiful job with my pedicure. The signature pedi does last an hour and includes a wonderful smelling paraffin treatment. The front desk staff was also welcoming and efficient. I was in on a Sunday morning and it was so peaceful and serene. Plus there is convenient free parking in the garage downstairs from the spa. Can't wait to go back! It would also be a fun place to go with a group of girlfriends (all the pedicure chairs are in a row in the same room) for an afternoon or night out.

I've been to Spa Scotta 3 times for each of the following: basic facial, signature pedicure and facial waxing. Rainna did both my facial and waxing and she is fantastic -- very warm and fun and puts you at ease. The sales pressure after a facial is minimal but it is still present in that you are handed a product as you checkout so you have to say yes or no to it. The facial was very luxurious and I feel Rainna really puts her energy into it to make it memorable for you. The signature pedi was nice -- the setup is great with the chairs, etc and it does last a full hour. The waxing was just well -- waxing.

After these three treatments I've decided I can save a ton of money if I go elsewhere for the waxing and pedi -- I can get the same results at say InSpa but the experience of course would be much less luxurious but I would pay roughly half the price. I would however go to Spa Scotta again for the facial (facials at InSpa are a complete joke IMO) but I still cringe a little at the price tag. Spa Scotta is not a stuffy, rude kind of place at all. It's very easy going but I'm a bottom line girl and I just can't justify paying what they charge for the majority of their services. If you have money to burn, heck yeah go to Spa Scotta but if you have a budget like most people you have to search for the services that really standout and the only one I've found so far that qualifies is the Basic Facial.

I got my brows waxed and a facial from Siobhan(shi-von). She was amazing. My brows were beautifully sculpted,and she had great tips/advice for skin care. I felt really important and cared for by Siobhan. Thanks for making my experience memorable!

I've had three massages at Spa Scotta and each time has been a wonderful experience. Has easy parking at U Village and a wonderful atmosphere. Very relaxing and kind staff. The rooms are very spa like and very relaxing. Clean and spa like atmosphere! You'll come out feeling incrediable!!!

I have had two pedicures at Spa Scotta and both were terrific, expensive, but lasted longer than any pedicure I have had, so worth the extra cost. When I received a Hot Stone massage gift certificate I was very excited. I waited for a few weeks for my appointment with anticipation. Danielle was my massage therapist and was the WORST I have ever had. She had LONG fingernails and literally left scratch marks on my skin. She did not massage deeply, barely used any recognizable massage stroke at all. And when I asked her to change she got very defensive and rude. She said it was because it was a Hot Stone massage, but I have had those at other establishments and they were great. I would not recommend Spa Scotta for massage but would go back for a pedicure.

I have to say that my favorite place in the world to relax is at Spa Scotta! It's pure heaven! I've been seeing Raina for two years now and her facials are the best! She is so sweet and makes it a relaxing experience every time. I discovered Spa Scotta when my girlfriend M gave me a gift certificate for my bachelorette party and I have never strayed since! With so many spas to choose from in the city, it's hard to just blindly pick one from the 100's out there. I have to say that I have never had any complaints with this one...Raina, the staff, the atmosphere, the products and the results have ALL been positive! Highly recommend it!!!

Our appointments started 30 minutes late with no apology. Our technicians were dressed unprofessionally. The prices were so high and the quality of service was poor. The staff at the front desk didn't bother to ask how our experience was and during our pedicures, our technicians were complaining about their jobs. We will never return

I have been going to Spa Scotta for about 4 months now. Shannon gives the best massages. She is always very attentive and takes the time to understand my needs. I would highly recommend anyone who has had a bad massage and is now turned off of massages. She is very good and I make a point to see her regularly. I travel a lot for work and her massages definitely help my tension and helps me relax. I also see Kenyetta for pedicures and she is very good. She has been the only nail technician in Seattle who has helped me with my ingrown nails and polishes my nails so they last up to 3 weeks. I would highly recommend both Shannon and Kenyetta.

Spa Scotta is my favorite spa ever. I prefer it so much to other spas such as Gene Juarez. I like that it's not a chain. I have been here about ten times and they have really gotten to know me. They know my name and what color I liked last time. Brow waxing amazing.

I went to Spa Scotta in University Village to get a massage to help out my tired muscles! I had never been to this spa before, so the receptionist kindly (and cheerfully) helped me find a person and a specific massage. I was greeted when I arrived and filled out some short forms. For my massage, I had Shannon - I HIGHLY recommend her as she has magic hands! I walked out feeling better than I had in months! There is a comfortable waiting room and a selection of teas for those who arrive early. I will certainly go back to see Shannon again and perhaps get a mani/pedi since it has been recommened several times on this site. If you aren't sure, just go, you will be pleasantly surprised!!

I moved to Seattle from NYC about 6 months ago and was consistently disappointed by the spa scene. Finally, I came upon Spa Scotta and was very pleased. The women/gals (:)) who work there are extremely friendly, the services are reasonably priced and done in a relaxing and fun atmosphere. They also have great products...perfect place to stop to buy a great gift! Ali and Angelina are my favorite mani/pedi ladies...manicures often last almost 2 weeks! and Tamara is the BEST brazilian waxer ever! I can honestly say that I look forward to my monthly visits with her! One note to Spa Scotta though....while I truly appreciate the fact that you are NOT a pretentious spa...I do not think that you should allow children in the spa. I love kids...but we come to you to escape!

I had the greatest experience at Spa Scotta, and the best massage I have ever had! The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable....I loved the velvet couches in the waiting area. My massage therapist was fantastic and I have recommended her to all of my friends and fellow spa goers. Request a 90 minute with Shannon, it will change your life!

Took my friends to the spa for the Spa Scotta Signature pedicures - an early Christmas present for them and they loved it! They were first time customers and they were treated so well. The staff were so friendly and skilled. The atmosphere was relaxing: the soft music, the comfy seats, and the herbal teas. The signature pedicures were definitely worth the money.

I had the best facial of my life at Spa Scotta. Jessica was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and was able to answer all my questions. She really took the time to educate me about good skin care. I left feeling relaxed and my skin looks great. I also liked the Murad products she recommended. The front desk was extremely attentive and friendly. Overall, a wonderful experience.

i recived the best nail servives. nobody has ever taken so much detail and time. my nails looked fantastic, and lasted more then most places i've been. the girls that work there are incredibly nice and outgoing. I absoultly will go back!!!
