Urban Outfitters

Urban Outfitters is a very unique store, with a great selection of styles from various urban brands and also a large collection of weird gifts and books. Also offers a knowledgable staff that are very friendly. Easy to navigate. Well organized. Occasional very good sales! Sometimes the prices are a little higher, but still a good store.

This store has everything for brand name, trendy clothes, to fun and quirky home accesories and books. They run great sales, but the merchandise is generally pretty expensive. I love their random tees and fun home decorations.

The only thing I had about this location is the parking.. It is almost impossible to find a spot. The clothes are nice and they seem to always have some great deals on the clearance rack.. Not bad if you have some time to waste.

It's really a tough call when I go into Urban Outfitters- do I pay $30 for the great looking t-shirt that I know was mass-produced, and is too much money to spend on a t-shirt? Wow is this placed overpriced.

To it's defense however, they do have very fashion-forward urban clothing, some things too weird for me, but lots of their clothes are pretty cool. Their sales rack (especially the downtown Seattle location) is usually packed with decent deals, so I usually head there first. Worth a look, especially for neat spring clothing.

I'd rather spend my dollars on blue businesses. So, I won't be shopping at UO anymore. Most of their political donations go to conservative organizations. And the items in their stores can be found at other places. Their prices are too expensive. And the parking along Broadway is terrible. So, I can not recommend this place to anyone.

You'll find men's and women's clothing, home decor and accesories at Urban Outfitter's. One of the few stores to survive the unnecasary remodel of the Broiadway Market to incorporate the new yuppie QFC. Clothing at Urban is usually pricey for what it isand not well made. Though if you search through the sale section you'll usually find some really good deals. A shirt that was once $50 will be as low as $5. In the home decor section yoiu'll find kitchenware, rugs, showercurtains, blankets, etc. for relatively low prices. Good place to go to decorate your first apt.
