We bought our new 2010 Honda Fit from Honda of Kirkland and had a wonderful experience. We test drove a bunch of different models and our salesman was patient and let us drive all of the cars on our own. We even stopped for lunch to talk about which we liked best. I would highly recommend the dealership as it was professional and everyone was very nice. Our salesman, Darrin Giefer, was great. We had a great experience and love our new fit!

I actually purchased my Honda Pilot from these guys. The car speaks for itself, high qaulity, but the Dealer employees are horrible, made my experience one to regret, probably the worst I've ever experienced. The guys all run the typical salesman game, nice, then intimidation. It's actually very unprofessional after you learn their simple tactics. These guys are jokers. If you know what you're doing then it's easy to toy back with them. Research and learn their sales training tactics, so Kirkland Honda cannot rip you off.

Went to Kirkland Honda for service on my Odyssey after a loud whining sound started coming from my power steering pump. There is a "Service Bulletin" released for this exact issue here: http://ww2.justanswer.com/uploads/HondaCB77/2009-04-04_232921_1.pdf

I was told that this was the exact problem I was having. They fixed the car. Then they wanted $600 for a KNOWN defect that they have accepted liability for in the service bulletin. But, according to them, they have not issued a recall so they are not helping with the cost of replacing their own defective part.

The service rep I spoke to was polite but not knowledgeable and also did not take my concern seriously. He "called the District Manager" but any goodwill on their part was denied by Pete Holt. Did not ask to even speak with me and the sales guy had to go to a private office without me to speak with him. It even says in the TSB that goodwill may be extended. His reason was that I have not had all my oil changes done at Honda. What a load!

We have had the same issue with a known problem with the brake rotors.

Bottom line: yeah, I am sure the Honda sales people are great and the cars are nice. BUT beware when you have an issue with the car....that's where they get ruthless and make their money. Why should customers be responsible for your part failures?

Bought my last two cars here and probably will get my next one at Honda of Kirkland too. My Hondas have given my very little trouble, but the one time I did have to go in for service, the staff was friendly and fair.

I don't like being "sold" when making a major purchase like a car and I have never felt that way here. I appreciate that!

I have had many experiences with Honda of Kirkland over the years and hope to have any more. They have always been friendly and professional. I can't imagine buying or servicing my cars anywhere else. I will continue to do business with them and refer my friends and family to them also.

One of the rudest places you will visit if you are going to buy a car. I would NOT recommend it. My recent experience was enough to make me buy a car from another dealer.

Stay away from the guy -MIKE. rude, and in your face person. Avoid him and this dealership at all cost. Specially if you are a woman or a person of color. The first thing they will ask you is a copy of your driv license with their hands folded across their chest.

This place is everything you hate about car dealerships. Terrible customer service! They do not respect your time. They use the "make you wait" tactic. They pretend to have meetings with the manager, while in fact I caught them obviously just chatting and joking around (they thought I was sitting in a cubicle). The internet sales guy is a 19 year old kid! For weeks he asked for my number and time to call and I repeatedly ignored the request until I was ready to come in. Finally, when I told when to call, he didn't. He had asked for details, like the VIN # etc about my trade in and I gave him detailed information. When I called him, he said he never read through my whole email so didn't realize he was supposed to call me. When I came in, I had to repeat all the information I had already given him. He took my vehicle registration and never returned it when I left 2 hours later (without buying because they were making me wait around too much), I called 20 min later to say I left it. My emails and more phone messages were not returned. The manager I spoke to the next day said he'd help but then never called back. When I finally tracked down the 19 yr old sales guy down he said they were looking for it and thought it was lost. He said they couldn't find the sales guy who's desk we were sitting at. No one ever called me back or seems to have the guts to at least be honest and confirm they lost my paperwork!!

Questionable sales tactics - we had agreed to a price over the phone, but when we arrived they had changed their mind and insisted that we pay for various extras that we didn't want, or no deal. They also made us wait for hours for no apparent reason and appeared generally less than professional.

I've been taking my Honda vehicles to this dealership since the late 1980's. The service has always been excellent, and the people there are very courteous. I recently bought a Honda Odyssey there due to the great service. I am docking 1 star because one of the salespeople gave me some problems when I tried to bring them 2 customers -- he didn't believe me, or was getting greedy and didn't want to lower the price on a new Odyssey to below MSRP (I never pay more than MSRP!). Anyways, he told me that he can't go below, so my friends got their 2 Odysseys from a different dealership that was willing -- it's business, and if a dealership can sell inventory at a higher price, I respect that and have no problem with that. The salesperson later chewed me out after I told him what happened -- HE was the one that told me that he couldn't go below MSRP! I came back a few months later to buy my Odyssey from another salesperson that was VERY attentive and I ended up buying my vehicle there. I don't know if that other salesperson is still there, but if you can get the close to the price that you want, get your vehicle there. The service department makes up for the deficiencies caused by a bad salesperson or two there.

Indeed the customer service is very good. The check up is pretty thourough - and they guaranty their work. After the appointment they followed up with couple of phone calls, to see if everything is OK and we are (still) happy with the work done. And we still are very happy with the work and with their customer service.

Normally I dont head to dealers to fix my car, but Ive gotten such good service at Honda of Kirkland that theres no reason to look elsewhere. I didnt buy my car here, but the service Ive received has always been excellent, which, believe it or not, has not been the case at other Honda dealerships Ive tried in other places. If the service takes longer than your schedule allows, they will offer you a free rental (they gave me a new Honda Civic!) until your car is ready. Once, when I got a tune up, I asked them to fix a couple of other things on my car, which they did for free. Granted a tune up is no small change, but they could have easily charged me extra for the other requests, so I appreciated the thoughtfulness.
