I found Yilena! She's at Greatclips on 228th on the Sammamish plateau. She did my 6 year old daughter and is wonderful! I'm here tonight with my 8 year old son and I expect great things.

Just called tonight 3/17/10. She no longer works at Supercuts. Anyone know where she went? I'd like to track her down. She's the best stylist on the Eastside.

I am a long time customer of Issaquah Supercuts, and I'm always happy with Yelina's work because she is the best stylist I know, with great personality and positive attitude. Yelina's professional and customer service skills are excellent, and I always know that my hair will look just perfect. I trust her completely, so do my wife and my two kids.

BUT for entire 2009, it's become difficult to get Yelina on her usual schedule...

Here is how it was before:
I called the store, asked when Yelina works and made a reservation.
And now, for about a year or longer:
I call and ask the same, and somebody tells me that Yelina is working from 2pm to 9 pm, but when I get there at 2pm, the receptionist says that Yelina will be there at 3pm... I'm sitting there and waiting, just like several other people who were misinformed as well...

Another person Renee is very, very rude, she NEVER knows Yelina's schedule!!! Renee doesn't even want to look at the schedule, and her tone of voice is absolutely unacceptable!!! She is talking to me like to some dog, like she hates me for wasting her precious time!!! What kind of customer service is this? Is this the way to run business?

I asked Yelina what was going on, and she said that she comes to work exactly when her manager is telling her, and she must follow her manager's instructions.

With that messed up schedule and Renee's nasty attitude, about 6 months ago, I started to look for another place to do my hair. But there is NO comparison to Yelina's work, and my family and I want only Yelina to do our hair. So, I called to that Issaquah store about two weeks ago, and was told that Yelina is on schedule from 1:00 pm, and again - !!! - I came there at 1 pm, and receptionist said "Yelina will be here at 3 pm - !!! I saw two more people waiting for their favorite stylist Yelina, - one of them was told the wrong time (just like me), and another client was told by Renee: "I don't know when Yelina will be here" !!!!!

What is this?
Who is Renee? Why does Renee, who insults customers and lies to everyone, still work there?
It looks like some people in this store don't even care that Yelina attracts so many customers and does really a wonderful job! Some people don't care about their business at all!
I don't know Renee in person, but I don't want her to pickup the phone, rudely tell me lies, ruin my mood and waste my time!!

I bet my complaint is not first OR last.

This salon has cut my hair several times. I learned the second time that it's best to go in the afternoon, and NOT on a Saturday. The stylist told me they'd cut about 70 individuals' hair already; she was clearly tired and didn't do a good job (she wasn't going to even get the hair WET at first; I had to ask her to wash it!). Previous and subsequent haircuts have been good, though, so it wasn't the end of the world, and I will still go back.

I took the three kids in without an appointment and only had to wait about 10 minutes. The staff listened to what type of cut I wanted, then listened to kids and often asked their opinion during the haircut.

They knew regular customers by name as they walked in the store- and I feel frequent customer business is a very good indication to me that they were consistently this nice and produced quality work each time.

The staff was friendly and I would highly recommended giving them a try.
