This office was a group of doctors. I got there at 3:00 for a 3:15 appointment, but it took them awhile to register my name and confirm my insurance because there was another patient with my name in the system. Anyway I got to the exam room by 3:30, and waited a while just for a nurse to come in and take my vitals. Then I waited a really long time for Dr. Nguyen. He was nice but didn't stick around very long, I guess he has a lot of patients. Two other nurses came in to administer my tetanus booster and take my blood; they were really nice. However, it seems like there are too many patients here since it is a larger medical office, and the whole procedure felt so impersonal, so I think maybe next time I'll look for a smaller place.
