Foss Car Audio

Unfortunately, my experience with Foss Car Audio in Tacoma has been unpleasant. I had an auto ignition installed and they called me to pick my car up. As soon as I get there they tell me they need both my car keys; they should have told me when they called. After I came back with both keys, it took them another three hours to get the auto ignition installed. They did a terrible job of informing me of what was going on. I had to ask even though they kept passing by me back and fourth the whole time. And when I asked for an update, one of them looked at me funny before answering. They finally called someone who knew what to do and they got it installed. I think it was almost 10 p.m. when I left and the store was closed since 7 p.m. I believe.

The starter works, but there are several problems, so I called Foss again. I told the man I had some issues and he told me to bring the car up. He didn??t ask what the issue was, but he was quick to hang up so I wouldn??t have been able to say what my issue was anyway. The man??s name is Ed by the way. When I arrived, it took him a while to help me, even though I was by the counter. When I told him the things I needed looked at, he gave me some smart remarks as if I didn??t know what I was talking about. Then he stated I needed to make an appointment. So I did, but I told him I would have appreciated it if he told me that on the phone. He said I should have told him when I called. I was pretty upset with that remark when he was so quick to end our conversation so I didn??t have the opportunity to tell him. He told me to bring my car by, so I assumed he knew what he was talking about.

I was very patient and friendly to the Foss employees, and they were recommended by my family. I??m very disgusted in their poor customer service. I??m not even going to my other appointment. I??d rather go somewhere else and pay more money to fix their mistakes than to talk or see any of them again.

I use to shop at the swap meet because I thought it was cheaper. The install work was pretty shabby but I figured you get what you pay for. I worked with Ed at Foss he gave me a better price for the gear than the swap meet and the install process was so much better. I came back a week later cause my system was not working right and they fixed it in 2 minutes. I had switched a setting in the deck and they knew exactly what was wrong.

Wow, This place is amazing. Awesome displays, great service, good prices, and spectacular installs. Will diffidently shop at Foss Car Audio again.

I took my car here to get a simple cd player put in my car. It took them about 2 hours to put it in. And while i was waiting all I could here were them fighting back and forth and cussing left and right. Not good for any person to hear. I will never go here again!

I took my new Toyota to 3 other shops in the area and none could help me with my problem. The guys at foss were not only able to do the job that none of the other shops would, but they did it quickily and the same day I brought it to them.

Once I picked the CD player I liked it was in my car in less than a half an hour! These guys are amazing! Great service and Good prices.
