Pros: Best Mechanics in Kitsap County

I've been taking my cars to Harlow for years. One of them just passed 200,000 miles. I've had them do everything from do repairs to disgnostics, to telling me once that my car didn't need repairing (wife wanted the clutch tested). This place is far and away the best car shop I've ever worked with.

I took my vehicle to Harlows for diagnostic and repair of a problem that I had been having with my car dieing at an Idle. I had done a lot of preliminary troubleshooting and online inquiring as to the cause of my problem and determined it to most likely be the Fuel Pressure Regulator. I explained to them the problems I was having with the vehicle and what I thought may be the cause. (Fuel Pressure Regulator). They had the car for 1 day and called me back to say that it was the gas cap. And charged me $75. I went to the dealer and bought and replaced the gas cap. That did not fix my problem so I took the vehicle back to Harlow this time they had my car for 2 weeks over Christmas, on the 30th of December I got the car back they said it was fixed they stated they found a faulty PCV valve and replaced it and billed me another $75. I had the car for a few days and the problem occurred again, so I took the car back to them, they had the car for the day and at the end of the day I picked up the car and they said they could not find a problem or get it to repeat. I got 2 blocks from the repair shop and the car died. I called them and they said for me to bring it back and they would work on it some more. I decided to get the car home, I then looked into ordering the part myself which I did, I got the part (Fuel Pressure Regulator) $83 and it took me 10 minutes to fix it. Now the car works fine.

Cons: Had to call them to find out what was going on with vehicle.
